Queen Size Platform Bed in Espresso Bycast Leather

I was looking for a platform bed, with soft edges, and modular headboard. I found the The ModRest Platform Bed online at a select few distributors, but at exorbitant prices (3-5k range). When I saw this on amazon for $500-600, I was skeptical of the quality but I have never been more pleased with a piece of furniture.

It is soft on all edges, with quality craftsmanship. It is a sturdy build. I would recommend two people to assemble to help the dowels meet up at each corner. Another tip do not completely screw in the corner brackets until all pieces are connected it will save you time for adjusting to ensure all angles meet 90 degrees. The bed also comes in several large and heavy boxes, although in very good condition.

The headboard pieces are very sturdy as well, with two heavy metal brackets slotting into the side of the bedframe/mattress. It slots in on any side of the bed, and supports a substantial amount of weight if you're leaning against it to read a book or watch TV.

You can use a box spring in this frame, although, the mattress alone is more attractive.

The color on the pictures looks more like a chocolate brown it's actually really dark espresso as the name suggests.

I'm contemplating purchasing the white version for a guest room. The feet of this bed are well tucked beneath the soft edges, so those of you who are clumsy will LOVE this bed no more sore shins.

Purchasing furniture online without seeing the item has been hit or miss for me, but this is definitely a purchase I am extremely happy with.

We needed an odd size -4 x 5 to fit under our coffee table in front of the den sectional. We wanted a sharp contrast between light and dark earth tones. Also, round shapes would help soften the rectangular patterns in much of the room, so this design was perfect.

Once delivered and unrolled, it looks exactly like the Amazon photo. The rug is very attractive and has a quality appearance with a high treadcount per inch. The pile is about medium height and is pleasantly soft to the touch. The brown perimeter binding gives a tailored finish and should wear well. Overall, this rug exceeded our expectations and we are very satisfied with this purchase. Thanks again Amazon!

I bought these and a number of other products from this company back in October and I have been very pleased with them so far. They stick to the wall well and are very pretty. My only suggestion is to be careful when removing them from their sheet as they occasionally rip, even when using very reasonable strength to do so. I find that I don't much care about the ripping, since you can hide that when you stick them to the wall.

My son was very excited when his mickey bedding showed up and so was I!! His room was going to look great. The bedding looked as it did on the website and everything was fine. It turns out my son is allergic to the bedding itself. He has no know allergies but when he gets near this bedding his eyes balloon up and had to go to the doctor. If you have a child who is sensitive to chemicals, fabrics or just sensitive skin I would think twice about this set. He has never had anything like this happen before and bummed the set has to go but it's been a very long week for him because of this purchase.

Okay well you sold me; I was skeptical when I ordered this item but the picture was what I was looking for so I had to give it a try. I am so glad I did. The wallmonkey does exactly as they say, it sticks to the wall; without tape or nails. Just peel off the back and apply to wall. Like it. It's a simple bed and goes with pretty much any furniture. Simple. Clean. Cant ask for much more.

I have never purchased any bed online. This one seems to be good when I looked at it on Amazon.However, after it shipped I found there are totally 4 pieces are broken. I have to say that the pieces are really thin and easily to be fractured during moving(including shipping).If you want to buy a solid bed, there may be other choices.

We bought this border for our babys room. It came quickly. tiny bit pricey but it was the best that matched our theme of dragonflies. The border is sturdy and so so easy to apply. Drys w/in 24hrs. Only thing is when we painted we left a white line between the 2 paint colors where tape was and can see that line through the border a bit, not bad but def paint so the 2 colors are matching. The color is beautiful and just as good or better than the picture. would def use again.

I took a picture and delt with the people of Amazon, who ordered the replacement.

The replacement arrived a few weeks later and was in tact.

Problem being, after about 2 months, the mirror began to separate from the frame. I noticed the mirror, which is heavy, is simply stapled to the wood frame. Add to that, the staples are very close to the edge, so when leaning, it just tore free.

Alder Bookcase Headbord (King)

We've had this headboard for a few months now and it has been just what we needed. When we got a king size bed there was no longer space for bedside tables so this headboard solved the problem. There's storage space for everything, plenty of room for lamps, and the sliding doors can be positioned so that you can prop a pillow against them for reading in bed. The simple clean lines of the headboard don't conflict with other furniture in the room.

Kept me from saying the things I was thinking in my head while hanging it, out loud!! :) It turned out beautiful, but I would recommend hanging it with a friend handy. I was worried about how hard it would be to put this on my wall but the installation was easier than I could have dreamed. Total installation time was maybe 15 minutes and that was including the time it took to move the furniture out of the way to put it up. So easy and beautiful when completed.

Bult well, was easy to put together. It took me a little longer than it should have because I repainted the door with Chalk board paint. The only reason I don't give it full stars is because the directions were a tad mis leading as far as parts you should have and what tools you need. Mine said you need an allen wrench which was included, and that was all you would need. There was no allen wrench or any need for one. All in all a good buy and a good price.
