I was a little hesitant to purchase this bed, because I had never seen it in person. There were also no reviews, and the description is very sparse. The following are just a few details you should consider before ordering.

Be prepared to use some elbow grease and deductive reasoning. Instructions are very limited to pictures, and you will need a power drill. There are no prepared holes as with many bed kits, so you will actually need to drill the screws directly into the wood however, these areas are marked clearly with red dots. Also, connecting the sides to the headboard and footboard can be tricky if you are not familiar with light carpentry.

The description says the upholstery is a "margo natural fabric." I had never heard of this; and if you google it, you will just find other webpages for this bed. I imagined it to be a tweed/twill type of rough/raw fabric, which I like on furniture. I was a bit disappointed to find that the material is more like a textured micro-suede, which is a type of material I do not like at all. The color is also described as a grey on other sites, and the pictures here seem to switch between a grey and dark khaki color. I can tell you, the bed has no grey tint, and is a khaki type of color; however, the color is still very pleasing.

Although the bed wasn't exactly what I expected and took more work to put together than I anticipated, I still give it 5-stars. I'm very glad I made this purchase, but I wish a better description/reviews had been available ahead of time. The bed is comprised of very sturdy materials. This is NOT a cheap IKEA-ish type of bed. Very, very good quality of materials. The bed is also very aesthetically pleasing (to the point of stunning) in a room, and does not sit too low to the ground as some platform beds do. And as always, Amazon came through with a price hundreds of dollars lower than other sites and used a freight company that was top-notch in their delivery and professionalism.

wasnt too hard to put together. feels solid when you lay on it. the color and fabric is nice, and it feels sturdy. there are similar beds for a less, but this one is unique in that it has a more minimalist look, because of the footboard and sides. also the headboard isnt as tall as most others, which is good if you want something simpler looking.

Item received was not the exact color as pictured. I would describe it as being more oatmeal/beige in color. I would describe the fabric itself as feeling something like a mix between a very lightweight canvas and a cotton/poly blend. I would recommend Scotch Guard or any type of fabric protector before use. The construction seemed somewhat decent until fully assembled. At that point, it was obvious some of the black interfacing fabric was showing in places it shouldn't have been. Essentially it was exposed on the headboard where the (tan/beige) upholstered fabric should've been (see uploaded photos). Quality Control anyone ? It did not come with any instructions but was somewhat intuitive in terms of connecting the parts. The rectangle shape did not come together at complete right angles, and it was somewhat skewed once all the bolts were tightened. I would not recommend this product based upon the fact that it may be a gamble in terms of quality, especially in the finer details.

3-panel Shoji Screen Room Divider , Black

I purchased this screen to hide the litterbox in a small room. I call it my cat's "dressing room". It is light yet sturdy and my cat does not scratch at it like he would a solid panel. I have not found a better price anywhere. It was packed very securelyand arrived before due. Not only did it do the job intended but it added brightness and is very pretty. The panels move either way so it is a cinch to move just one screen to empty the bag in the he automatic litterbox. Problem solved!

I love these panels. They are beautiful but I guess I misjudged the size because I had to buy two for it to a little more than halfway across the room. But it nicely serves the purpose for which I bought them and was a really great price! I know because I compared with 3 other stores. REALLY FAST SHIPPING TOO!

It's still standing up strog after 3 months of original purchase. I actually have my towel, puffer vest and skinny jeans hanging on it right now and it shows no sign of breaking. You can't move the screen too wide though but you wouldn't normally move it wide in the first place. The screen is not see through ad I usually change behind it when my door is open (roommates). Great buy!

This screen was exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately, it had a totally intolerable chemical odor. Even after airing it outside for several hours, the odor did not diminish. This made it unacceptable.

The pictures do not do these products justice. The colors are so much more vibrant. My daughter just loves these as part of her new room decor. The customer service is great too. I ordered directly from Bugs-n-Blooms instead of through Amazon and was a little nervous since I normally order through Amazon in case of any issues. One of the products in the order was not fulfilled correctly (an extra butterfly was sent instead of the curtain tie backs). One quick call and the company had the correct product to me in a few short days with a return label for the incorrect product. Customer service was efficient and friendly. Beautiful and a nice addition to my daughters rooms. Well made. It comes with plastic wire to hang if you want, but I just cut off the lines and use the command wall strips to hang them flat on the wall.

Was a little smaller then I would have liked but other then that its very cute and durable. Its been hanging on my daughters door for about two months and hasnt fallen.

I bought these letters to spell out my daughter's name for her nursery. We decided not to hang anything around the crib area for safety reasons, and instead are using the so-called wall stickers. We purchased several wall decorative stickers, but these are the only letter stickers we could find on Amazon that fit what we needed.

These stickers are large in size and the design is very cute and appealing. However, they are not of the same quality as the rest of the wall stickers I have ordered from different manufacturers. You can visibly tell that these letters are stickers, while the other wall sticker items have the "painted-on" look to them and it is very difficult to tell they are merely stuck on the wall. Also, these are stickier than usual and will become unsuable after a couple of uses. Make sure you have the exact spot for them mapped out on the wall before you place them there, because numerous taking off attemps will lessen the glue and these will become unusable (even states this in instructions).

Overall, I would recommend these. The price is reasonable, although not cheap, and the design is cute. Also, it is okay for the nursery and gets the job done. However, do not expect the high quality of other wall decorations or the same look. If you expectations are on the low, you will be very satisfied.

Strobel Organic Waterbed Mattress Hydro-Support 1800 King,

I bought this water bed because my 12 year old water bed was springing leaks every few weeks. I wanted a bed that was extra sturdy and would not give me much wave action. I will have to wait a number of years to find out how sturdy this bed is, but from how it is made, I imagine it will probably live at least as long as my last bed.

I had no problems filling the bed and I have been sleeping soundly on it for over a week. Although the mattress is not filled any more than my old mattress, the back support seems to be sturdier. I guess the best review I can give for this mattress is to say that I do not think about it after I get up. It does not slosh around when I am in it and I have no complaints about it while I am sleeping.

I've been sleeping on waterbeds since the early 70's, having started with a full flow mattress purchased from the Subterranean Circus in Gainesville, FL and progressed over the years to beds with fiber pads, baffles, combination of both..if they made it, I probably had one. When my last bed needed to be replaced I was disappointed to learn that manufacturer was out of business...so much for my warranty. As I was researching waterbeds, I kept coming across Strobel as a solid manufacturer of quality beds. I was a bit hesitant about ordering a bed online, but figured worst case was I would be out the return shipping cost. The 1800 seemed the best compromise of comfort and firmness. My first impression was how incredibly well made the bed is...from the HIGHLY reinforced corners to the thickness of the vinyl material to the liner the actual mattress is encased in. The mattress is by far and away the highest quality one I've ever owned, none of the others were even close. Set-up was quick, it was really easy to position the bed properly in the frame. Once filled it even seemed to hold down the sheets and mattress pads better than the previous ones I've owned. Bed comfort is obviously an intensely personal issue, but I found the 1800 was the perfect compromise and couldn't be happier with it.

Two minor complaints. First, the mattress ships with absolutely no instructions. Having drained and filled waterbeds countless times over the years, it wasn't a significant issue for me, but I was curious if there were any special fill level instructions based on its construction. I filled it as I would any other bed and it worked out well. I do see how the first time buyer would be scrambling to find instructions on the internet or the manufacturer's 800 number. The second issue deals with the cap/plug for the safety liner. It's fairly large and thick and is placed a few inches toward the middle of bed from the fill valve...a place my foot finds with some frequency. I don't really know how to solve that one.

One thing I need to commend Strobel for is their extraordinary customer service. In my year of ownership I've called their CS department twice. Both issues were handled immediately by very courteous staff members. I had to drain the bed over the weekend to have new carpeting installed and I managed to break the pull up rings on the side of the fill cap. I called Strobel to order two (an extra in case I managed to do it again. My shipping information was taken and my offer of a credit card politely refused with an apology that, due to the lateness of my call, my caps might not go out until the next day. The company has been producing beds since the 70"s, so I'm comfortable they'll be around should any warranty issue arise, this in sharp contrast to the manufacturer of my last bed.

In short, I can't say enough good things about the quality and comfort of my mattress (other than that second plug) and the company itself. If any of my friends or family were interested in purchasing a waterbed, I would guide them to this company and this particular mattress without hesitation.

Winsome Wood Bailey Leaning 5-Tier Shelving Unit, Black

We just purchased our third of these (there are over 350 books in our home). Every time we have ordered one, it has come well packed in layers of Styrofoam and has been simple to put together. The shelves are quite sturdy, each of our three holds at least 100 books of varying sizes.

The only problem with these shelves is that they leave marks on the wall if you have to move/straighten them. This usually only happens when first putting up the shelves and initially positioning them, as they stay in place quite well when set up and full of books.

Also, Amazon tends to put these shelves on sale every so often, so you can usually pick one up for under $65 with shipping included, if you wait for the right time.

I wanted a leaning bookshelf, and did a little research on various ones. I chose this one, over the cheapest one on Amazon (I think around $45) because a couple of reviewers said that it was sturdy enough to hold a lot of books, and that is what I wanted to use it for. Overall, I am happy with it. I just have a few comments about the piece, itself for people who are a little hesitant to buy furniture online.

It is easy to put together. It comes in 9 pieces (5 shelves, 2 sides, and a top and bottom). The painted finish seems a little thin on the parts of the shelf you wouldn't see (ie the bottom). The directions have an inventory and assembly section. In the inventory section they clearly show that the top and bottom of he sides are different (top is straight and bottom is angled), but in the assembly directions they look the same. The result is it took me a few minutes to figure out which end I was actually supposed to start on. The shelves are screwed in very securely. It is not just a screw into wood, but there is a metal reinforcement around the hole. BUT the bottom and tops are loose. I ended up putting a few dabs of wood glue on them (which means I can't disassemble this), and letting it cure overnight. It is almost like the holes are too large in the top and bottom or the wood dowels are too short. The upper shelf cannot really hold books, because it is so shallow. You could put paperbacks on it, but they would hang over a little. The bottom shelf is the opposite. It is so deep. I had to rummage through my books to find a couple that I could put on the ends that would not fall out of the sides onto the wall or floor.

I have a lot of books, that vary in size and weight, and the shelf handled all of them beautifully. A good alternative to a more expensive version of this shelf. And a smarter design than the cheapest version. The edging around each shelf keeps your books on the shelf, and prevents your wall from getting scratched up each time you add or remove a book.

I also had no problems with scratching the wall when I placed it (one reviewer claimed this). Also, the sides are each one long piece of wood not broken in two (another review claimed this).

I purchased this shelf from AtHomeMart, and am extremely happy with the product. It arrived well packaged (almost over kill on the Styrofoam if you ask me...) and went together amazingly easy. I put it together by myself in maybe twenty minutes, I didn't even need to look at the instructions!

There are only two things I can say that are the least bit negative about this product... One, I'm very sad it didn't come in an espresso finish, none of my other furniture is black. And two, I was not aware that the height of the shelf would be in two pieces. This is really not noticeable, it just was not what I was expecting. I was expecting the side pieces to be one solid long piece, but they are actually two smaller pieces you set together. Once together, they are very secure and the seam isn't terribly noticeable.

All in all, I think this is a wonderful shelf. It looks great in my living room, is very sturdy, and (I feel) very well constructed. I would definitely recommend this product, especially for the price.

These shelves are lovely, spacious, and easy to assemble, even with only one person. The only reason I am giving them four stars instead of five is a design/cost-cutting issue. Each shelf is held to each side post by a long screw, which does most of the fastening, and two dowels which run between the posts and the shelves on either side of the screw, for stability and weight bearing. The dowels are flimsy pressboard -I broke two of them during the assembly process, just moving the shelving to attach the other side. Would it really have been too expensive or difficult to make them of the same beautiful wood that the shelving is made of, or better yet, metal? There isn't even a measurement given on the instructions to let me know what size dowel they are, so that I can procure metal ones to replace them. Other than this issue, I'm very happy with the look of the shelves, and I'm sure my books are similarly happy to be freed of their moving boxes.

Vandenberg Dark Walnut Finish Night Stand

The night stands are large and look nice. The tracks are not very sturdy. When they were shipped, the legs were just tossed in a drawer where they could roll around, which they did, and broke the tracking. We couldn't get replacement parts (we were willing to just get them and fix it ourselves) so we had new ones shipped...same thing happened. I think that the night stand itself is fine (not the greatest, but good for the price), but that is of little value when it is damaged during shipping.

Lady Bug- Yard Twin Sheet Set

This is a cute sheet set but what you see is what you get. There is very little embroidery done on this, may want to think about just getting a plain sheet set instead of paying the extra money for a couple ladybugs.

I ordered these, going through, a marital separation of 30 years, wanting something cute and feminine for my apt. They worked great and are soft enough. I am very happy with them.

Finished assembling this bed yesterdaytook me good 4-5 hrs,

the only good part seems to be the cost.... the planks were of different sizes, and the holes for the screws on the platform would not match the frame under it, so landed up drilling new holes, and if the holes are not exactly on the centerthe board frame under it will just rip apart, the platform is made of four planks2 large ones for the sides and 2 small ones for the center, as i said the holes on these did not match the frame, so if you screw it just like thatthe side would all be malaligned and the moulding would not fit...... i drilled new holes, finally giving up on the central planksthat are now held only by one screw each.

to fit the moulding you are supposed to screw upside down, lying down ....very very painful, and the review saying that your hands will pain the next day is very very true.

i have hidden the ragged unequal end of the platform towards the wall .....the only reason i have not returned it is that i have been through a lot of trouble opening the box and carrying 130 pounds of wood up 2 floors (in pieces), then spending 4 hrs of back breaking work on it.. i simply do not have the strength to dismantle it again

My advice if you are seriously planning to buy this furniture, please go to a forrest ..cut down a tree and try making one for yourself.....that will be a lot easier

I was looking at first at IKEA bed frames, but were out of my budget so I look this frame at Walmart.com and purchase it there after 1 week the item was damage and never deliver to me they returned to the store in NY so I was desapointed I never got my bed and they returned my money, so I look it up here in Amazon and to my surprise it was cheaper than Walmart and the shipping was free!! SO I got my bed in the time the time frame they gave me (I believed it was less than a week) We put it together me (female) and another female friend in 30 min. but is better if you use a drill or power screwdriver because it's hard to push those screws in and our drill run out of battery so we had to finish it by hand.

I was not sure if this bed was going to support me; I weight 160lb and I slept with my parter too (another 160lb) but it was excelent very firm bed I just love it!!!

We bought this bed for our 1 year old since it was so inexpensive and low to the ground. There was no problem putting it together. My husband did it in about 40 minutes. I would recommend painting the surface that the mattress lays on because is unfinished and the brown shows around the corners of the mattress. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Also, make sure to position it where you would like it to stay, because once it's put together it's going to be hard to move. I wouldn't have expected anything better for the $110 we paid.

SEI Sicilian Harvest Gel Fireplace, Ivory

We ordered this fireplace on April 28th. They sent us the wrong one, and it took until June to get it fixed. I'm on the phone with them right now, July 6th, to FINALLY get a refund!! Every phone call they said they couldn't talk to the person they needed to, could they call me back in an hour--a day at the latest. Not one time did anyone ever call us back. Terrible, terrible company!!

The fireplace itself was pretty, but arrived slightly damaged as well as being the gel fuel version instead of the electric we requested. Also, many of the holes did NOT line up (some were not even close!!) with the matching hardware. It was a nightmare to put together and even worse to take apart and repack. Would NOT recommend this fireplace!

When it comes to reviews, I am very critical. So, when you see a review by me that is 5 stars, you know that it was a surprise to me just how good the product was.

1. Finish. The look of the finished wood is really good. about 90% of the wood is just high density pressboard with a wood veneer. The wood veneer is nothing short of beautiful. However, you should know that the stain isn't mahogany like it shows in the photo. Its a cherry finish. For me, I have cherry, mahogany and dark oak throughout my house, so as long as it was dark it was fine. But some people might object to that. Because the stain didn't match the photo or the description, 4 of 5.

2. Assembly. It was easy to assemble. All you need is a #2 Phillips screwdriver. Everything else is provided. It will take about 90 minutes to put together. The manufacturer uses cam screws and wood dowels to hold it together. The wood dowels are incorrectly sized and therefore useless. This fireplace is beautiful. Nicely grained wood, nicely detailed, and puts out a decent amount of heat when you choose that option. It really is very nice and turned a blank wall into a focal point. Pleased with the purchase.

I am a self-confessed 'dragonfly nut'. Got 'em everywhere, inside and outside the house. Well... I can always use more. So anyhoo there was a blank wall in the stairwell of our finished basement... mint green color, but it lacked any personality. Enter my search here on Amazon and up popped these dragonflies. The brushed nickel finish exactly matches the lighting and switchplates we have installed; and they are high quality... no fear of them breaking. Yes they are plastic, but they have to be, in order to be lightweight. The beautiful thing is, even if you mess up with your display (such as, if you space them too far apart or something), you just pull the pin out of the wall and put it in where you want it. VERY tiny hole the size of a tack? Easy to hammer in, too. To touch up that mint paint I just used a q-tip, very easy. Also the packaging was very very nice; the dragonflies are grouped in 4's one of each size (large, medium, small, and tiny). You can group them however you want once you get them unwrapped though. I bought two sets of these dragonflies because as I said I am obsessed with them... the other set I plan on using around the house, grouping 2 or 3 of the dragonflies together in little wall-groupings. Also another nice note: the sets include extra hardware the little tacks, the little black bumpers that go onto the tacks for good reason they are very tiny, and for those of us who have clumsy hands and drop things (especially on a stairwell... bouncy bouncy away!), the extras were nice to have just in case one of the many pins I dropped went the way of the socks in our household and disappeared forever. I think this would make an awesome gift for someone who likes dragonflies, or even is looking for a unique and easy-to-set-up wall decor, and the brushed nickel perfectly matches the real nickel items the dragonflies are right next to! Amazon shipped them very fast; I received them two days after placing my order. They're even guy-friendly... my hubby said, "that looks really cool" when he came home to see we have dragonflies flying up our stairwell wall. =-)

The dragonflies look exactly as shown. I just wanted to mention that they are not metal, but plastic. However, they do look like brushed nickel from the front. I'm looking forward to using them.

I thought this would be a great way to add something intresting to the wall of a guest bedroom. I was shocked at how flimsy the nails are. And you really have to use the nail provided because of how it all mounts together. I ended up ruining about a third of the nails just trying to "gently" hammer them into the wall. Ended up just giving up and putting up a large picture to cover all the holes in my wall.

My wife ordered these for our baby's room (don't worry, she (the baby) shouldn't be able to reach them for quite some time). They are very cool. They look just like brushed nickel. They are easy to install and add a lot of pizazz to the room. You have to put in a nail for each one, so you do need to put 20 nail holes in your wall, but I think it is worth it. The nails are the thickness of a typical picture hanging nail, but they have a big head on them to snap the dragon flies on. They are nice and 3-dimensional, and look just like the picture on amazon.
