This is a great vanity, I love the color which goes really well with my espresso-finish bedroom furniture. The middle drawer is unexpectedly large and quiet deep. It accommodated my modular cosmetic organizing system with no problem. The two bottom side drawers are extra deep which makes them great for larger bottles. Even though the vanity was backordered when I ordered it, it was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. All in all I am very happy with how the entire transaction proceeded and would not hesitate to order additional items from this vendor.

First I want to say I love this vanity. The nicks or dents people are talking about I think are meant to be there as there's no paint or wood chipped off, it looks to me to be very intentional. It doesn't look awful by any means. Also in some edges there's a red tint. I don't mind it as it works with my room, and it really isn't noticeable either until you look closely.

I wish the mirror were taller as standing up my head gets cut off from view. Also, I think this is with any vanity, but it's pointless to do your makeup with mirror on the other side of the table. It's not a big deal tho, you can just buy a little stand mirror from the local store. The vanity mirror still helps a lot for doing hair and getting a whole picture. etc.

The drawers were a big selling factor for me. They don't seem very big, but they hold a lot of my stuff right now. They may not be very tall or wide but they're very long and can fit my lotion bottles, makeup palettes, etc.

All in all, I really like this vanity, and looking around, Amazon has the best price on it.

Now about my shipping experience. FIRST make sure your phone number on Amazon is updated. You have to call customer service to change it, because from what I can see, there's not option to do so online. It turns out the shipping company was calling my old number for about a week trying to arrange a delivery.

SECOND, check all the parts before you put it together or start throwing boxes away. I was building my vanity and got to the last part, the table and found a corner of it was smashed.

In the instructions there's a website for the manufacturer where you can order specific parts instead of exchanging the whole thing. I contacted them and the item was backordered. I emailed them trying to see if they were going to ship it to me eventually or if I needed to provide proof of purchase, cause if they weren't going to I needed to contact Amazon. I never tried calling them, I always seemed to miss their office hours, but you'll prolly have more luck doing that than I did emailing.

I called Amazon customer service and they were very helpful, saying we should wait another week to hear from the manufacturer and if nothing, then they could either replace it or offer me a discount. Make sure you're within the return period if you do this however.

In the end I got a whole new vanity and the shipping company took my old one with no shipping charges to me thankfully.

The funny thing is, later that week I get another message from the shipping company wanting to arrange a delivery for some MORE furniture. Looking into it, it turns out the manufacturer eventually DID ship me the part and never sent me any sort of message saying they did, I should expect it etc. Ugh, it was frustrating, but the manufacturer contacted me after I ignored the shipping company, hoping the issue would go away, and I told them Amazon replaced my order and I haven't heard from em since.

So there's my ordeal. As frustrating as everything was, I'll prolly order furniture from Amazon again now that I understand how it works so much better.

Conclusions, love the vanity but check all parts for anything broken, call the manufacturer, don't email, notify Amazon you've contacted the manufacturer even if you haven't gotten a reply yet, they're able to work with you more that way, make sure Amazon has your most recent phone number.

This was the first time I bought furniture from amazon.com and it'll be the last time I buy furniture from amazon.com.

My first vanity came in a reasonable amount of time and was delivered on the front porch because I left a note for the delivery person to accept the delivery, per the instructions of the delivery company that called to arrange the date and time of delivery. When I got home, I discovered that the corner of the box was severely dented. I opened the box hoping that the item was well packed and would have survived that, but it did not. I called the customer service line to process the return and they offered me a discount to keep the damaged item, but it was FAR, FAR to damaged to even do that. I scheduled the item to be exchanged. I was told that when the second item was delivered, the damaged item would be taken away.

A few days later when the delivery company called to arrange the delivery time of the replacement, I asked what they would do about the one that was damaged. The customer service rep very rudely informed me that they would do nothing about it because Amazon did not send them any paperwork about it. So, I made another call to Amazon customer and they resent the paperwork that instructed the company to remove the damaged vanity.

I left the damaged box on my porch along with another note to leave the item. When I arrived home from work, a new vanity was delivered. The vanity itself is nice, but there are some minor cosmetic defects and scratches from shipment, still. I'm going to keep this one, regardless, and try to fix or cover the scratches.

The item is nice, but it wasn't worth all of the time and hassle it took to get an undamaged item.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. She had been wanting a vanity for awhile. After doing some research I settled on this one. I've seen this same model for $400+ on other sites so thought Amazon was the best bang for the buck. After reading the reviews I was also apprehensive about the package coming in damaged. I've never bought furniture online before and a lot of reviewers had complained of damaged parts. We have Prime so shipping was free and it got here super fast (by 2 days). It was still a few days from Christmas so I didn't open the package and just kept my fingers crossed hoping for no damage. When I finally opened it to assemble, I noticed the left back corner of the vanity had a bit of damage. It was nothing that I would send it back for though and honestly it would have been a pain in the ass to package it up as it was the main body and quite heavy. A little touch up paint and it should be fine. Overall the process of assembly went pretty smoothly. The only issue I had was the legs on the stool. In hindsight I should have pre-drilled holes in them. When you put in the support screws and apply too much pressure, the legs can crack. I think another reviewer may have mentioned this too. The vanity has lots of draws with decent space which was primarily what drew me to this one. Some of the others just didn't seem to have enough and those that did were way more expensive. Overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase and my wife LOVES it! And I love it too because now the bathroom doesn't have to have her makeup all over the place!

I've had this item for several months now and I absolutely love it. It has plenty of room, the mirrors fold in or out for convenience, the middle and side drawers are an added plus. I added two table lamps and still have plenty of space for everything. it looked exactly as advertised and was very easy to put together. I use a lot of makeup brushes so I added glass to protect it from scratching and easy cleanup but it's not really needed. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Lush Decor Juliana 6-Piece Comforter Set

The comforter itself looks pretty with lovely colors, but the stripe LOOKS centered in the picture. It was more than a foot off center when I pulled it out of the packaging. Now, I don't know if I had a poorly made comforter or whether it was SUPPOSED to be off center, but I did not like a largely off center stripe. It looked weird.

well, it arrived very quickly. that's the best i can come up with.

the plastic is *extremely* thin, so that i found it impossible to unpeel the stickers without ripping them -i stopped after three tries. other stickers were stuck to the paper backing and wouldn't come off. the plastic also has a very slight metallic sheen, which is fine but not what i was expecting.

complete waste of money. i thought this might be some closeout item given the low price, so i was prepared for some less-than-stellar quality, but this is just awful. also, i paid the $7 for shipping because it looked like the only option offered (and again, i was paying little for the stickers), but on the seller's website, the shipping costs were listed as MUCH lower (including free). an email to the seller earlier this week has not been responded to yet.

i'd avoid. completely flimsy junk. (i know, i know, it was $2! but $9 with the weirdo shipping).

Got this bedroom set for a GREAT deal!! It also was sent out super fast! It also looks beautiful! Okay so for the down side.... first the delivery guy had no lift to unload the big, heavy, bedroom set from the high delivery truck! Thank goodness my husband was there, I was preggie and no help and the guy would have damaged it on his own, guaranteed... but thats all a delivery issue. The dresser and nightstand are a very substantial size, built heavy and well UNTILL you open the drawers!! Total disappointment in the STORAGE area, which is what we needed it for! There is so much wasted space because although the drawers LOOK normal size when you open them they went skimpy somehow. Doesn't fit much AT ALL, my 1980's baby dresser 5 drawer chest fits more than both of these. Well, it looks good, I never would have guessed, maybe this is a new dresser trend but it sucks.

This frame looks a lot more expensive than what it really cost. Real strong solid wood which is deep/dark red in color, matches my oil painting quite well. It comes with mounting hardware. This was also my first time framing a painting and it wasn't really hard to do it at all.

I bought this to frame an enlarged photo to give as a gift, but I would be embarrassed to give something made of such poor quality to anyone! It isn't even made with real glass but with thin plastic! There is no official backing to it but instead a piece of corrugated cardboard that is tacked down with tiny metal flaps which make it an annoyance to change or adjust the picture inside. I had to go to Michaels last minute and purchase a frame that turned out to be much nicer and actually cost less than this. It looks ok in the pics online and maybe I will use it in a place that is high up away from the close eye. In summary this frame is good from far but far from good.

All State Valance

Very cute valance. I got the whole set for my son's room. It looks nice but I am not sure how durable it is. Looks like after some frequent washing it may pull and fray a bit. So that is why I gave it four stars. But so far so good!

I could not find one at any retail location and I was a little uncertain about the color, the description is "cherry" however the overall coloring leans to the warmer tones, some rust and copper in addition to the full dark cherry, looks just like the picture, and exactly what I was looking for.

m.style Island Breeze Shower Curtain

I love this shower curtain. The colors are rich and it has transformed my bathroom into a classy, tropical oasis. Each time I enter my bathroom, I can't help but notice how gorgeous it looks and am so happy that I finally purchased it (after much thought and internal debate)!

I looked at every shower curtain in the universe (or so it seemed) to find a tropical shower curtain that wasn't flowery or "girlie". Hubby wanted something that was masculine enough for him and that looked tropical. This fit the bill perfectly. Since we have 4 big windows and plenty of light, I am decorating with tropical plants. The blue/green/tan of the curtain gives me some workable colors for towels, rugs, etc. The price was the good and the service was excellent.

South Shore Furniture, Summer Breeze Collection, 6 Drawer Dresser

This was not what I expected. I know it wasn't the most expensive dresser but for more almost $200 I expected it to be better than Walmart quality furniture. I think I'd have been better off to buy a cheaper one from Walmart and saved myself the shipping charges too. I bought two and have only had them 6 months and the top of one has already come loose from moving it to rearrange the bedroom. It was a pain to assemble and the finish chips easily and so does the wood itself. Its more like cheap particle board. Drawer action is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Poor quality.

We did not have a big budget but needed a new dresser. When this dresser arrived my husband, who is extremely handy, could not believe how many pieces there were. He said it is not a dresser for someone with no experience, and a power drill makes assembly much smoother. Some of the pieces arrived with paint chipping but since we ordered white we were able to touch up those spots, however South Shore was willing to send replacement parts free of charge. The top of the dresser arrived broken due to transitit was very well packaged but UPS treats everything like garbage, and one phone call to south shore went extremely smooth, and they sent the replacement piece with no questions asked. The quality is what you can expect from a walmart or target piece of furniture. It is compressed wood with a laminate white coating. It is not meant to take a beating. The drawer sliders are plastic, and at first we were concerned but after finishing assembly it is fine! They glide smoothly and fit perfectly. The drawer bottoms have a reinforcement piece which should extend the life and help the drawers not to sag. Overall we are happy with the dresser and would recommend it be used by anyone who will take very good care of it. If you order from Cymax, please know they have great customer service and respond to emails in a timely manner.

I have this set in my son's room (with the storage bed with hutch headboard). The blue furniture contrasts so nicely with his tan walls. The "rubbed" finish looks great, makes it look more stained than painted. I couldn't be more pleased, especially for the price. I looked everywhere, and this was the cheapest kids room furniture I found that still looks cute. I don't know if South Shore has always included this in the packaging, but mine came with a matching blue touch-up pen, but we haven't had any chipping so haven't had to use the touch-up yet.

I bought this dresser because I wanted something that looked nice but didn't cost an arm and a leg. For the price this was a great buy, it went together very nice, and the drawers are deep enough that I can stack 5 to 6 pairs of adult jeans without them being stuffed. The drawer slides are plastic but they slide remarkably well, the drawers go in and out very smoothly. I am very pleased with this product.

I purchased a bedroom set consisting of the chest, dresser, and bedside cabinet. As much as you hear of all the gripes and moans of buyers. The rule of thumb is you get what you pay for. This is no different to most furniture out there, the only difference for the most part is you save money by putting it together yourself. My reason for this review is to help all those who worry and moan about these pieces. I suggest to you ALL to use glue on all the dowels and where wood meets wood. secondly and most importantly throw the backing board out in the trash and take a wee trip down to home depot or lowes and ask one of the really nice guys to cut you a piece of 1/8" hardboard to the size you require. This will cost you max $7 and will make the whole piece of furniture ten times stronger. The cardboard backing pieces that come with these flat pack furniture are useless and throwing them out and replacing them with hardboard makes the piece more ridgid and sturdy feeling. Just doing these 2 steps will make the pieces of furniture last alot longer and easier to move. I hope this helps you :-)

We received this bed set within 3 days of ordering and it's exactly what we wanted, it looks beautiful, rich and sturdy. It's everything we hoped for and we were excited to receive it so quickly. We assembled it easily without any issues. The cherry finish is not too dark, not too light, and it looks very expensive. I wish we could've found the bedding set online as well but no matter how much we searched, we couldn't find it. It'd be nice if they'd make a reference to the name and/or manufacturer of the bedding set shown in the picture.

We bought this bed a few months ago from Amazon, without seeing it in person. That takes a lot of trust, but we're so happy we took the chance. This bed frame is available online from many sellers, but we trust Amazon.

The bed arrived in (almost) perfect condition, but one little ding is hardly noticeable. The only thing we didn't like was the filth on the boxes of parts, and the dust on the frame itself.

I pictured them being larger, but it's difficult to relay dimensions of something like this. The larger plane is slightly bigger than a loaf of bread. Very easy to put up. I couldn't tell from the product detail if the plans were on a backing that would allow them to be independently applied, so I was glad to see they actually are completely independent of each other and could be easily applied to the wall farther apart (or to put up only one) if you want allowing larger/more spread out wall display, but I chose to transfer them straight to the wall as-is. My son loves his new wall stickers (most important thing!).

Sweatshirts and jackets make it bend. Also, the hooks are wide, which affects what you can hang from it. Great for hats, earwarmers, waist-packs, leashes, and bunches of other things. PS Fits over a door that several other over-the-door hangers did not fit on. Nicely padded.

I did not use this over-the-door, instead I put two nails in the holes where the over-the-door hooks were supposed to go and hung it on the wall inside my bedroom closet. Now my belts and favorite purses have an absolutely adorable perch!

The metal was just a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but it's perfectly sturdy for belts, scarves, empty purses, etc.

I have a black and white tile Art Nouveau bathroom with a full-length mirror on the back of the door. After seeing this hanger in a magazine, I thought it would look great hung from the top of the door so it would reflect in the mirror. When I tried it, the reflection looked terrific, but the width of the door hanger wasn't great enough to hang flush from the width of my 1923 solid wood door. Stretching didn't work; not only did the metal not give much but it looked horrible. I decided to try holding it fast with tiny picture hanging nails. I held the hanger up and nailed through the hole for the bird's eyes into the wood frame of the mirror. (I know, but it sounds worse than it really was!) I quickly colored the nailheads black with a marker and now it looks perfect artsy, yet within the period of my house. The reflection is just as terrific as I thought it would be because the bird hook part of the hanger is good quality and holds firm, not bending with the weight of a robe or wet towel.

I really think someone who enjoys the looks of hand-made decor will like this because it has a genuine appearance and it's clever and unobtrusive yet tasteful and quirky simultaneously.

Be careful to have some space between the top of the door and the wall because the metal for whatever reason creates a jam whenever I close the closet door, on which I hang this. The hooks are also a bit small. They don't protrude as much also so sometimes I find my towels on the floor (ie they've falled off). Other than that, the quality seems sturdy and the design is super cute. I imagine if you were hanging coats or towels that came with a thread hook itself this wouldn't be a problem.
