I bought this couch after searching online for something leather that was affordable. This couch is definitely affordable, has a great shape to it and uses the space well. However, I was really disappointed and confused when the couch arrived in so many boxes; I started unpacking and come to find out it's completely hollow! Every single piece of it had to be assembled, and the assembly was not easy. I'll probably end up taking the back off yet again to try and get it sturdy enough to lean on. The way the couch is assembled seems sturdy for sitting, sleeping, and hanging out but I don't think it would hold up to wear & tear from young children or a lot of people. I would say it's about IKEA quality, maybe a bit less. This is just my opinion, but a couch or sofa would seem much sturdier if the arms, bottom, and back were all one piece. With this one each is its own piece and just doesn't seem as sturdy as a "one-piece" would. The arms and back have a little more give than I like. However, the chaise being a separate piece of furniture is nice for bigger living rooms.

Good things about the couch: the color is beautiful! And the ottoman opens up for storage which is really great. It's also pretty comfortable for lounging around. The couch is a great size for a medium living room, and even in a smaller living room I don't think it would look bulky. Overall, I like the couch, just wish it were a little sturdier and you know, not hollow. I'm worried about how it will hold up over time; mostly whether or not it will begin to sag under the cushions.

Where do I begin? Don't want to say what has already been said, but this stuff is really poorly made. In fact, I had to fabricate to wooded cross-members on the sofa to accomadate the threaded bolts, there was no place to attach them on one of the peices. Buyer beware, I would run from this cheap garbage. Looks great online, but once you begin to open the boxes....vinyl crap....The feet on this furniture are cheap plastic also...very dissapointing....

Disappointments:

First, "bonded leather" is vinyl. It has some latex in it, which makes it more "touchable" than a '70s era vinyl couch. But it's still vinyl.

Second, as another reviewer points out, the "sofa" is two pieces. Like a love seat with one arm, and a chaise with one arm. They don't attach in any way. Seems okay on carpet, but I imagine this would be maddening on other flooring types, such as hardwood.

Third, the back is quite low. I'm barely 6', and it feels like I'm sitting on a couch made for kids. (This might be extra comfortable for folks under 5' 5".) Such are the risks of buying furniture online.

Mitigations:

I dissent with the other reviewer's opinion that the construction is difficult or loose. I wonder if he properly threaded the threaded rod into the arms and back. Not really tricky. The quality was sketchy (missing and misaligned holes in the fabric), but it feels solid to me now that it's assembled. The framing is also on the underbuilt side. I'm skeptical that it's going to stand up to daily use.

Conclusion:

Might work for a seldom-used basement bar or something, but not really an especially good buy in any case.

First of all, THANK YOU Amazon for fast shipping. The company that delivered the couch was CEVA, and they missed us the first time, but came back next day, great customer service.

The couch was easy to assemble, less than two hours if done by one person. The color is pretty and I liked the cushions. The chaise separates from the rest of the couch, but it can be fixed easily, little DIY project. The only downside I see so far is that the couch is light and moves around easily on wooden floor.

Overall, I am satisfied. If you are on the budget, and not looking for anything chic, that might be a good choice.

Attractive piece of furniture as images depict on the site. The item is easy to assemble and took about one hour. The couch was not shipped on the day that the site claimed i would receive it, and according to pilot(the shipping company used) the late delivery's are a continuing issue, so don't get all excited and wait by the window .

3-panel Shoji Screen Room Divider , Black

I purchased this screen to hide the litterbox in a small room. I call it my cat's "dressing room". It is light yet sturdy and my cat does not scratch at it like he would a solid panel. I have not found a better price anywhere. It was packed very securelyand arrived before due. Not only did it do the job intended but it added brightness and is very pretty. The panels move either way so it is a cinch to move just one screen to empty the bag in the he automatic litterbox. Problem solved!

I love these panels. They are beautiful but I guess I misjudged the size because I had to buy two for it to a little more than halfway across the room. But it nicely serves the purpose for which I bought them and was a really great price! I know because I compared with 3 other stores. REALLY FAST SHIPPING TOO!

It's still standing up strog after 3 months of original purchase. I actually have my towel, puffer vest and skinny jeans hanging on it right now and it shows no sign of breaking. You can't move the screen too wide though but you wouldn't normally move it wide in the first place. The screen is not see through ad I usually change behind it when my door is open (roommates). Great buy!

This screen was exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately, it had a totally intolerable chemical odor. Even after airing it outside for several hours, the odor did not diminish. This made it unacceptable.

These are quite realistic as if they are a painting. Not to say they look REAL like could pass for a photograph of real fish but they do look like someone painted them, not that they are a poster. I painted some framed blue and framed them and love them!!!

Storage Chest Louis Philippe Style in Deep Black Finish

We purchased this dresser because of it's finish and dovetail construction. The dresser arrived with 2 out of 5 drawers that tip over (the locking mechanism in the back is broken) and with chipped away corners at the top of the dresser. For a $300 dresser, this level of quality control is unacceptable. Things derail really fast, when you contact the company for a claim. Turns out their customer service department is a one person show, and is open only for 2 hours every day. Please google Vision Decor/Coastal Furnishings before proceeding on a purchase with them. I wish I did..for now I'm hoping to get this piece out and my money back ASAP.

The chest can hold a sizable amount of clothing and the quality is very good. I recommend you get plenty of help to remove packaging.

Chic Home 8-Piece Coral Reef Embroidered Comforter Set, King, White/Blue

I still like the set, but the soft, nearly aqua blue that was promised by my computer screen is not the color of the actual material. Instead the blue is a bit duskier and nowhere near as soothing a tone.

Quilting marks on the comforter are rather sloppy and are navy blue so they really stand out on the white side and are quite visible on the blue side, too.

I bought the king size version and the coral applique doesn't take up as much of the comforter as I had anticipated. I don't have real complaints about the product (except the sloppy quilting)but the picture is rather misleading. I'm not sure I would have bought it if the color represented were truer to the fabric color.

It's a beautiful daybed and works well with a nice firm twin mattress. 'some assembly required' is a HUGE understatement. It requires two people to put this together and many hours! Instructions are good and they give you extra bolts and screws in case you lose one but it's still not a simple process. We stretched it out to about 4 days of assembly. When we had had enough we stopped and resumed the next day.

It's a quality piece of furniture...nice finish, nice color, very very heavy and extremely sturdy.

I love how the dresser looks. I was dissapointed however that my dresser arrived with pieces already scratched. Also the instructions were not easy to follow putting together. I wish one of the pieces delivered didnt arrived scratched as its a big gash on the drawer which you cannot hide. Besides the scratch the dresser looks nice once put together.

What can I say? Arrived on time. Well packaged. Beautiful color and quality. Drawers glide easily. All parts included. Currently waiting on matching dresser. Could not beat the price!

I reviewed the chest in the same set, but I also got this and am equally impressed. I bought this a few weeks ago and it was pretty intimidating.... I work for a high end furniture store as an Interior Designer so I was already pretty skeptical. Opened the box and was immediately relieved to see its actually wood, phew, it's not PLAM (plastic laminated practical board) started to pull out the pieces to assemble, and it was pretty easy. The construction is pretty good quality, doweled and bolted. I used my ratchet set to tighten it up. It's not dovetailed on the drawer fronts or anything, but still very solid. Would have liked wood on wood center glides, but the side glides are better then no glides at all. Still need to get some little felt or rubber pads so the drawer close loudly. Dust guards could be added pretty easy too if I wanted. Overall I just love it! I also got the dresser and crib from the same set and I'm equally pleased!

My Princess Academy / Princess Castle Canopy

Bought this item for my 4 year old and 18 month old daughters to play with and they love it. It does have a rather larger diameter and is rather tall so it will need to be hung from the ceiling and will take up some floor space when it drapes down. Mounting hardware is not included, I solved the issue by grabbing a sheet rock anchor and an appropriately sized hook with screw threading and mounted it to the ceiling in that manner and have not had any issues even though my kids pull on it and have attempted to hang from it. The tent is a very nice high quality cloth that has held up very well and I believe would be easy to wash and clean if needed. My older daughter loves to bring her books and toys inside the tent and sit and play in there where she thinks no one can see her, definitely enjoys it for all its worth.

We bought this Princess Canopy, for our 3 year old Daughter that loves tents. I love when a product arrives and is so much better than anticipated. I wasn't sure looking at the picture, if it would be big or wide enough. Well, I was happily surprised. A bit hard to explain, but, it can flair out making it that much bigger. It really is a well made canopy and exceeded expectations.
