4D Concepts Ora Oval Ottoman/Bench

The online photos do depict the colors quite accurately (brownish olive background, with a very, very deep, almost brown burgundy print). Unfortunately, this is NOT the case on the size and shape. The photos give the impression that this ottoman is wider across the center...more almond shape at each end than completely rounded oval from sides down to each end. Yes, I did review the dimensions online. I knew it was not a large piece, but it is not just the photos. The ottoman I received today IS actually smaller by a couple of inches. Also, the stitching on the top of this ottoman is NOT good quality. Although I was not expecting a "fine" piece of furniture for this price, I was expecting better than I received. Needless to say, I am disappointed.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture as well as a plentiful storage unit. I have 7 throws in mine at the foot of my bed and there is still room for more. The colors go well with many decors as I recently had it in my living room before I put up my tree. When I first got it my husband put small wheels in place of the legs so it is easily moved from place to place. I love sitting on it to put on my shoes, it is extremely sturdy even with the addition of wheels. Love it, love, love it.

This product looks great. And the company was really good about communicating with me about what to expect-I'd placed the order and paid for it and they took the initiative to contact via email to make sure I knew what I was getting. That is good communication in my book. The feather is printed on a white background. So when the feather is pulled off the sheet there is a white outline around it. My concern was that it would look blobish, but it follows the natural outline of the feather. It would disappear on a white wall (blah) and make a great contract on a dark wall. I wish I'd gotten a bigger size.

The chair is nice looking and could be comfortable but it has a few major issues. First, the "arm rests" are so low that your arms don't actually touch them. For tall people like me it is an awkward chair to sit in. You have to just rest your arms in your lap because you feel like you are in a kid's chair. The second major issue is that when you want to return the chair to the upright position, you have to use your legs to push the leg rests back down into the chair. This is fine for me but my wife and her older parents (who we purchased these for to sit in when they visit) are unable to push it back in. This leaves them stuck in the chair until I can come over and push the chair leg rests back in for them. I like the look of these chairs and the price is right but unless you are purchasing these for smaller and youthful people, try looking at something else with a handle for the recliner and better proportions.

Bedford Nightstand

I searched high and low for an affordable white nightstand with one drawer and a single bookshelf. This was exactly what I was looking for, and I am very pleased with it. When I first opened the box and saw how much assembly was required I was rather intimidated, but it proved to be easy and actually rather fun to put together. All you really need is a Phillips screwdriver, though my husband suggested using a small vise grip to grasp the screwdriver for a couple of screws which were a little hard to reach. It had been expertly packed and all the pieces were in perfect condition. All the parts were there (plus an extra for each of the various screws, cam locks and dowels.) The instructions were clear and most amazing of all, every single hole for the screws and dowels was perfectly aligned a first for me in assembling a piece of furniture! It took some time to put together but was well worth the effort and looks very pretty next to our white metal bed. The only thing I would add would be white plastic caps over the cam locks that show on the back side, but since it is against a wall, that's a minor point. I highly recommend this item.

This nightstand is very nice. We were looking for a white, solid wood nightstand and this one worked perfectly for the size we needed. This nightstand is a great white color (not cream at all). The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the top piece doesn't stick out in the back (as it does on the sides) to account for the floor moulding that this nightstand is pushed against by our bed. This leaves about a 1" space on the backside of the nighstand (this could be to allow for room for a power cord). I would recommend this nightstand if it meets your size requirements. The drawer slides smoothly.

The package arrived with some damage but it was packed pretty good and survived with a couple dings. The staining of the table seemed to have been done by one angle causing some missed spot and pooling. The main section which includes the drawers comes all ready assembled, but because of alignment issues the legs showed gaps. One area was so wide the dowel could be still seen after the screws had been tightened all the way. The bottoms of the drawers were pulled apart when it arrived. After looking at the problem we added heavier stables, drilled the screw holes deeper on the bottom of the drawers and got longer screws that would actually bite into the side walls of the drawers. This product is by no means perfect, but with a little re-engineering it is usable and nice looking at a distance considering the price. While the product looks good and is made of solid wood for the most part, be warned, you most likely will be pulling out most of the tool box to make it functional and some wood working tools if you want everything to fit perfect.

I bought these room dividers to give some visiting house guests a bit of privacy while they slept on our rec. room sofa-bed. They are exactly as pictured and more beautiful than I expected. I use them now as a back drop for once dull wall space. Can't say enough about the quick and damage free shipping. I love them.

The item looks exactly as pictured. It is well made and gorgeous with hinges that allow you to bend the panels either way. It is a bit delicate and not 100% level on the floor, which is why I gave it 4 stars, not 5, however, that will not hinder its use for my purpose. The panels need to be slightly bent anyway, no matter what, and this camouflages the slight unlevelness. It sits fine and will be stable enough. I would not recommend it for children however. It would not stand up to abuse.

The packaging is not very good. Mine happened to arrive undamaged, but I can see where careless handling could damage it. I suppose the company can better afford to replace damaged ones than to pack all of them more properly but if yours comes damaged that will be no comfort.

You have to be sure to open it very carefully, there is NO protective layer at all between the cardboard box and the paper panels. Boxcutters or scissors could easily ruin it.

I'd buy it again, it is very lovely and I am extremely satisfied with its appearance, better even than I expected. And it arrived a mere couple of days after I placed the order. I'm very satisfied.

Tvilum Scottsdale 5-Drawer Dresser

Received mine in 2 days since I'm an Amazon Prime member. There are quite a few pieces to put together and it does take quite a lot of time to have it totally set up. I would say almost 2hrs if you're doing it by yourself. Once done though it does look very nice and looks as though it may last quite a while if taken care of properly. It's not real wood but more of that composite type material and the back is made entirely of that hard cardboard. The drawers are deep enough to hold quite a few things in each. I'd recommend it but if you can afford a real wooden dresser then go for it but for this price this is quite a buy.

but for the price it was a project for us, if your expecting a great quality piece of furniture this may not be what your looking for but if your like us looking for something to get our cloths off the floor in the mean time until we can afford the set we really want, consider this piece.

My daughter loved the six-drawer dresser I bought from Amazon to go in my foyer and asked me to get her the Tvilum set for her bedroom when she moves. From other reviews I knew it had to be assembled too, so I had someone do it for me. The height and width is what took me by surprise. I don't remember reading that it is short for a five drawer dresser. Once put together properly it is sturdy. I gave three stars because I expected it to be taller. It does nothing to enhance the look of the bedroom.

There were a lot of pieces to put together, but it was not difficult. The dresser is clean and neat looking, and works well for our purposes. It is not a very tall piece of furniture, but that is what we wanted because it went in the bedroom of my elderly mother who is less than five feet tall. Fairly good quality.

the bed does come as described. However I am not sure why it doesn't come with a bed frame. The description does say the bed frame is not included but i didnt notice it. My daugter and I had were really excited to put it together and when i told her that a piece (bed frame) was missing she was very disapointed. I have since bought a bed frame. now after 2 weeks of use the top rails that go to the crown, the crown screws have all stripped. I have looked for replacement rails to no avail. my only solution is to drill the holes all the way through and use nuts and bolts to put it back together.

Had this bed been delivered in a timely manner AND had it either included the required bedframe (or at least had it been more clear about the fact that the frame wasn't included) I could have given it 5 stars...

I just received this bed frame and while it looks really nice, so far (I'm not able to assemble it as it doesn't come with the required bedframe and the "hollywood" bedframe we currently have doesn't work with this.)

But as another reviewer stated the delivery co. CEVA, is TERRIBLE. I called them as soon as I knew they would be responsible to deliver the bed because our contact phone # had changed & I wanted them to update it. I was assured that the new phone # was now in their system and I would receive a phone call as soon as the item was ready to ship. Well, 10 days later I received a postcard in the mail announcing that they were unable to reach me by phone. So I called to schedule an appt. which was set for the following Monday between 1-5. I stayed home and the package NEVER showed up. I was told the following day that they were unable to locate the package...nice. Needless to say I left several messages that were never returned and wasted a LOT of time dealing with CEVA trying to get this bed delivered. Just be warned that if CEVA is named as your delivery option you will be waiting and frustrated!

Really have no idea how nice this bed would be in person as they never shipped. Ordered in mid Nov and they sent me an email a few days later saying it was backordered till Dec 16th. Fine, we were going to wait. The 16th came and went without a word so I called a few days later and was told (after I called them!) that it had been pushed back again till Jan 18th. Well, not very good for a Christmas present and not happy that they were not going to notify us, so we cancelled. Customer Service was very nice and helpful and we did get our refund within the time frame. Would've rather had the beds though.

I ordered these because my bed is extra high and it was hard to climb into it every night. The steps are just what I wanted and were easy to assemble. You do have to have a very short handled screwdriver to get to some of the holes. The steps are very sturdy though once they are put together. I do have hard wood floors and they are a little slippery, but some rubber circles under each "leg" stopped that problem easily. I would highly recommend these steps.

Needs a lot of assembly, it's solid, heavy and sturdy, but I really do not like how it looks now that I have it. For $121 I think you can buy better alternatives, the storage space is a joke, the box is narrow and tall, so I don't know what you can really store there. Slippery surface.
