I purchased the pink camo bedding set from this company a couple months ago. It is not what you see online. The material is thin, rough, and EASILY comes apart. As you should wash any new bedding prior to your infant sleeping on it, I washed all the pieces (accept the skirt). Washing it not only caused it to lose its commercial pressing (I've tried to iron it and even my ironing can't get rid of the wrinkles), but many of the seams came undone, many of the stars ripped off/came undone in a shredded fashion, and some of the color bled/ran. It would not hold up and definitely won't hold up if washed again. I wrote an Amazon review stating my experience. I immediately got a phone call from Johnny, the Soho Bedding Customer Service Manager. At first I didn't recognize the phone number so I didn't answer. He left me a voicemail telling me he wants to 'make things right'. I didn't have time to call him back immediately. But the same number called me 3 times more in a matter of ten minutes! I finally had to answer and tell him that it's obvious I don't have time to talk right now, because if I did, I'd answer my phone. I told him that when I have time to discuss the matter further, I will call him back! Just a few minutes later, I got an e-mail from the guy, again wanting to 'make things right'. They offered to send me a $25 refund check in the mail (which is less than half of what I paid), but only if I'd remove my review online. At first I said no. I said I'd remove the review once the check was in my hands. But he refused to send any refund until the review was removed. He said his system won't allow him to issue a refund until the review is removed. At first, I agreed. But then after thinking about it further, and reading reviews online not only for this product that they make but for other products and sets as well, I was insulted by what he offered to 'make things right'. He wanted to 'buy my silence' for less than half of what I paid. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Make sure you do your homework and read the reviews on all their products (not just the one you have your eyes on) first before you make the decision to buy!

We are a military family so I was so excited to find pink camo print for our 3rd daughter. The problem is that the fabric used is so cheap it tears so easy. I put one 37 count of newborn diapers in the stacker and it was so weak the tie that hangs it tore off. When I washed the quilt for the first time the stitching on two of the stars completely came undone and are frayed now. The crib sheet, again because of the quality of the fabric, the seams tore from simply stretching it on the mattress. Over all we are very dissatisfied with the quality of this product and advise anyone else not to buy it.

Crown Mark Erin Headboard

This was the worst purchase I have ever made. Initially, only half the bed arrived, and then when it did all arrive, the support legs were missing. Upon further inspection, the fabric on the side rail was torn and the wood attached to the side rail was coming away. I contacted the seller explaining the problem and explained that I wished to return the bed. The seller didn't reply to my emails, so I had to contact Amazon. I was told that the bed had to be returned at MY EXPENSE for a refund. The bed was defective, through no fault of mine, but yet I was penalised. I returned the bed at great expense. The seller did not refund my extortionate costs.

Do not under any circumstances buy this bed. It is cheap and nasty and they only provide three thin wooden slats for support, which is clearly not enough. The seller does not communicate and I could only get my money back by filing a claim through Amazon.

Stay away from this bed and this seller.

My sister got this bed today. It took about 40 minutes to put together. It comes with head board, footboard, side rails, and three wooden slates to to connect the side rails together. You NEED a buddy board/plywood to hold the mattress up. My sister sat on the bed without plywood and she sunk towards the floor. The only negative I have about the bed is that it's made from cheap fabric. There are already two rips on the right side of the bed and we haven't even had it a day. Oh well. You get what you pay for.

Overall it's a decent bed. The material look is really pretty. It has a softer headboard, which is nice. Mind you it's REALLY low to the floor. I would say there is about two or three inches between the floor and the bed. We have a bunch of cats, and I don't think they can crawl under the bed. So, it's really low. If you like low-to-the-floor platform beds, then this is the one for you!

My son loves his new bed he like the color and the quality. He said the bed makes him feel like at king on the throne.

The set is pretty, the wood is very nice but the finishes are mediocre.

PROS:

1) Super fast and FREE delivery, the shipper contacted me five days from placing the order to schedule the drop off. Abs Freight was super! their customer service just wonderful.

2) Packaging was perfect. The boxes were just the right size, the items were very well protected so that nothing was damaged during shipment even though the exterior of the boxes was pretty beat up. Additionally, the boxes were easy to open. The pieces had tiny little marks but nothing of concern; I guess with pieces of that size it would be almost impossible that they would be scratch free. I used a Clorox wipe to clean them and almost all scuff marks came out.

3) The whole set is very efficient and functional, it does what it's supposed to do which is save lot of space while making the bedroom still look pretty.

4) The set is constructed of real wood, it is sturdy and well designed. The dresser (I got the 7 drawers) is well made, even the inside of the drawers is real wood.

5) Yipee!!! Three cheers for this feature: the dresser and bookcase are shipped fully assembled.

CONS:

1) Although Bolton Furniture is located in Morrisville, Vermont, their furniture is MADE IN CHINA :(

2) The bed assembly instructions are TERRIBLE, senseless narrative & no photos. But there is a quick/simple solution, go to "" and click on "downloads section." Detailed instructions including diagrams are there.

3) The bookcase we received is defective, it has a gash in the very front of it. It was clearly not from shipping because the paint is in perfect condition, whoever inspected it is blind, I plan to exchange that piece.

4) While the set is very pretty and well constructed, the finishes are not. Joints are not smooth at all, some edges are not straight and the headset and footrest panels are not finished well (see attached photo #1). The worst piece is the bookcase, the paint is not even and spots were missed. The bed posts to extend the bed into a low loft are not flush with the bed legs.

5) We received all the pieces except for the wood caps that cover the screw holes. I'll have to contact the manufacturer to get them.

6) I called Bolton Furniture to obtain the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to determine if the paint contained lead because of its China origin. Bolton referred me to their local retailer (Great Beginnings in MD); the confirmed the paint has lead but that it's within the legal limits for the US and its California 93120 compliant.

Overall, I am giving it four stars because the set is very pretty, functional and compared to similar furniture from Land of Nod or PB Kids, the price was sort of reasonable. And as always, Amazon's customer service was AMAZING!!!

I remember all the news coverage about tip hazards around children with TVs. If you have small children in the house, this is NOT the stand for you. Yes, it does its job. It is small as pictured and is easy to put it into a corner. However, it just does not seem to have forgiveness if you push on it. Carpetted floors I think will increase this possibility. With the LCD TV I'm putting on it, it will be fine. I do not have small ones in my house. I'd hate to have to think about it if I did. I'm not picking on this product, I'm just passing along a viewpoint to people who have kids in the house. Also be sure to look closely to the weight limits to be sure this is the right stand for you.

This company needs to improve on their quality control. The product came with a large 6" crack mark on the surface of the upper shelf.

Let's get it out of the way. Sure it's made from particle/chip board. I've dealt with particle board before, and I was very skeptical about this unit when I was considering it. But this is different.

First, I was impressed with the packaging; there's extra support for the corners & sides of the box; anyone that's dealt with particle board DIYers knows it's a crapshoot when you open the box, what will work? Plus, I was pleased that the glass wasn't broken.

Next, it was easy to assemble. Though there were no words, the pictures in the instructions made sense, and all pieces were clearly marked. There are three shelves; the top is fixed while the bottom two are adjustable. The back is not completely open, but provides a classy look along with extra support.

Once assembled, the stand looks great, and again is sturdy and solid. I have a 32" Samsung flat panel, and it looks like the stand was made for the TV. Best of all, it fits in small corners without looking crowded or tiny.

I opened the box and took everything out expecting to find everything I needed to put the thing together except the tools of course, and found to my surprise NO assembly instructions and NONE of the tidbits that are supposed to fit into the pre-drilled holes. Ultimately I have a mess sitting on my floor and no way to put anything together. I tried calling the customer support hotline number and it seems to be disconnected or the wrong number!! I was a bit hesitant to purchase this product because of some of the negative reviews, but the stand dimensions are exactly what I was looking for and I liked the fact that it has a glass door to help prevent dust accumulation, so I took a chance. I am so glad I did. Yes, this stand is made of particle board, but once assembled, no one would know. It is a visually appealing piece of furniture, fits into a corner nicely, and has enough storage space to hold all of my theater components with space to spare. Unlike most TV stands on the market, two of the shelves are adjustable, which was very important to me. Best of all, the stand was extremely easy to assemble. Each piece of the stand is clearly marked with a letter and the fasteners are separately bagged and marked with a number. This extra effort on the company's part makes assembly a breeze as each step of the process references the pieces and fasteners by letter/number. Although the instructions indicate that 2 people are needed for certain steps, I am a petite woman and had no difficulty handling any of the steps by myself. The entire process, from removing the pieces from the box to placing the completed stand in position, took about 1 hour. If this stand is the size you're looking for, don't hesitate to order it . . . you'll be pleasantly surprised at the value!

I bought this product by mistake but it turns out to be fine. A little wiggling after assembling but after it is attached to the bed it is much better. It's still amazing why this head board costs as much as the bed itself.

The screws don't hold the pieces together that well at all! the head board finish looks great and like the picture. It comes in two different pieces and are held together with the long strips of wood but the screws are crap.

This is a very nice piece of furniture. It is wood, not particle board with a cheap finish on it. The drawers work very well and the finish is good, slightly distressed. I got it as a nightstand in my shabby chic style bedroom. It looks so nice, and it has plenty of storage space, too. The only assembly required is to screw on the feet. Overall, an excellent purchase at a $300 savings. And how I do love a bargain!

Ikea Malm Black Brown Nightstand

I bought this item directly from Ikea to match my Ikea (Malm) bed. I only bought one at the time, but will be getting another. But, I will be buying it from Ikea. I do have to point out, that this product, if purchased from Ikea, is only $49. Yes, $49. I'm not sure how this company is able to sell this $49 item for $75, unless it includes shipping...

Oh, wait, shipping is an additional $29. So... $104 for a $49 item that can be purchased new from Ikea directly. Good scam.

Not the sturdiest night stand in the world, but its still functional and looks great. Nice modern look, but requires the bed (which I have, looks great together). Pretty easy to put together.

My wife bought two of these to hang on the wall next to our bed. She looked at this product only and none of the related items. She saw the night stand as a very good looking hanging nightstand for the wall by reading the description. She wanted a nightstand to hang on the wall so we can vacuum underneath it with no problems.

When they arrived we came to realize that the nightstand is designed to be attached to the Ikea Malm Black-brown Queen Size Bed Frame Height Adjustable. The product description does not say "requires" the bed, but just that it "fits" the bed. There are no brackets or instructions on how to just hang the thing to the wall without the bed for it to attach to (per the instructions). So I have two rather small screw holes in the back to work with in rigging something up to hang it on our wall. I feel pretty confident I can jury up something to make it work.

I will say the instructions were surprisingly good considering it never used a single sentence during construction.

The material seems pretty sturdy and durable considering it is MDF. My wife's idea of jury rigging was using the two screw holes to run picture wire between and then she hung it on the wall. It is amazingly still hanging but I wouldn't put a full glass of water on it...
