Cherry Finish Wood Magazine Rack Homespaper Stand

I purchased this rack to hold piano music books. It's perfect for that purpose.

Pros:

Easy to assemble (Philips or flathead screwdriver needed)

Sturdy wood construction

Good-looking finish and styling

Cons:

The rack is 6.75" wide on the inside bottom, with no partitions. This means that storing a magazine or large paperback on its side (spine up) isn't practical it'll just curl and slide into the rack. The rack also isn't long enough to store two magazines side by side there'll be some overlap.

My music books are fine stored upright since their paperback covers are sturdier than a usual magazine cover, and this has been a nice addition to our hallway. I'd definitely order it again.

I would have liked for this magazine rack to have been constructed a little better. Also, it could have been packed a little better for shipping. It got a little dinged up. :-(

I received the wood magazine rack today and spent total of 15 minutes assembling the product. The ,unit is very well made and the parts fit together perfectly. Easy to assemble and has plenty of room to suit my needs. I think if I needed more room in a floor magazine rack then I should consider a larger bookshelf to store reading materials. It is pretty sturdy as well. I would recommend this magazine rack.

This coffee~table really enhanced the overall appearance in my husband's. "Man Cave. He is really pleased with the overall appearance. The table really has a lot of weight to it that ensures that it is sturdy.

We also got the same guy to put this together, it took him about an hour.

I was slightly doubtful when putting it together. It's super heavy when together and I liked that alot. It's about 1/2" lover than my other one was but it has style and is really really nice. My male cat seems to enjoy hanging out on the bottom shelf-lol.

I would encourage a buy on this keeping in mind that the measurements are true and spot on.

And of course, the duvet. The duvet is zippered. With my feathered duvet insert, it does not shed. I really like the look of this ensamble. It looks very serene.

This is a beautiful duvet cover!!! I just love it. It looks very nice and color is so soft and soothing. It just lifts my mood up everytime I enter my bedroom :). I haven't washed it yet, so no idea if the color would fade or something after the wash. But so far I am in love.

I do love the quality of the duvet cover however the color is washed out and looks nothing like the lovely lavender color in the photo. The striped accent pillows are ugly and don't match or coordinate with any part of the duvet cover. I don't feel like sending it back but I am not at all happy with it. I love Amazon I just don't love this product.

Okso one of the small pillows looks so out of placedoesn't match at all. Other than that, it's beautiful! The colors are muted and very subtle which is exactly what I wanted in a room with dark walls. The quality is great! It's silky and doesn't ball up.

Actual duvet is very nice and silky feeling. But the decorative pillows look like basic pillow inserts missing their cover. I actually looked in the package cuz I thought they were missing but this is actually the pillows u get. But the duvet is very pretty and soft. Target carries a nice coverlet in soft plum by fieldcrest that goes nicely with this duvet. My husband thinks its a little too much purple and the coral looks like jellyfish but I like it:).

Poundex Corner Shelf, Oak

Heavy weight shelf for corner of room. Much more robust than you'd think from the Amazon photo. At first, I thought the price was high for a corner shelf. I was wrong. This shelf is very hefty.

The distance between shelves is 13 inches. The distance of the bottom shelf back (corner) to front is 17 inches. The second from bottom is 15 inches, and so on.

I put it together in about 50 minutes with one person (me), not two as recommended in the instructions.

The instructions say to attach it to the wall; it has wall anchor straps and even dry sheetrock wall plastic "hangers". I did not damage my wall with the hardware, I just set it firmly in the corner and it leans back, not front, by design, so it does not appear that it'd fall forward unless some little kid was to try to climb it. I have no little kids here.

Like all shelves, I put the heavier items on the bottom. I have no sense that the shelf will buckle or bend, even if used for books, which is what I am doing in sort of a fan shape on the shelves. It is sturdy enough for books. I recently bought and reviewed a three shelf Ore bookcase Ore International 3 Tier Bookshelves Espresso that costs the same as this corner shelf. Although the Ore will hold more books, this Poundex corner shelf is better made.

The Poundex cherry is oak (rather than brown, as many spray painted Chinese pieces can be). I do not whiff the lousy cheap shellac smell that ruins much cheap furniture (like the Ore).

I bought the Poundex corner shelf based on the five star Amazon reviews, and now I have added my own. Thanks a bunch.

My husband and I just bought this for a corner of our dining area, but we don't like the quality much.

The assembly is pretty easy to do, but the materials are just all very low-quality. It comes with an extremely small amount of wood glue (looks/feels like library paste) for putting pegs in place. It's also held together by screws.

The color is quite orange...not sure how they came up with the name "oak" for the color. The finish is marred and there are a couple of scratches (one of which we'll need to sand to avoid splinters), and some of the wood appears to be filled in with glue or something because it's low-quality wood.

It wasn't quite worth it to deal with shipping it back, so it'll do its job--it just wasn't really worth the price we paid, cheap as it is.

Everything is as expected with the table itself. The only thing I would say is the glass is very hard to keep clean, however, this is my first glass table so I am not sure if this is common. We constantly have to Windex the table and even after it will leave noticeable streak marks. I have only had the table for about two weeks, so it may just be a protective film they coated the glass with prior to shipping. Glass is also very heavy, will require two people to maneuver. Table to glass is very easy to assemble with two people though.

Shipping was a big problem. I had to call customer service numerous times to find the location of the table, but they claimed they were in the process of switching freight carriers. The table took at least 3 weeks to be delivered because of this. Also, please make note that the freight company is only supposed to deliver this package curbside ONLY. I did not see this in the description, however, it was in the post email after purchasing the table explaining they use a third party freight company. This was a real surprise when I left my wife home by herself waiting for the expected delivery time between 1:00-5:00 pm, only to find out that they will only drop it curbside ONLY. However, this is partially my fault for not reading the fine print after the actual purchase, but I wish this was in the Amazon description.

All in all the table was easy to assemble and looks great in our dining area.

Storage Dresser with Floral Painted in Antique White Finish

I purchased this dresser for our daughters room (she was only 3 months old at the time we purchased it) It has LOTS of space to put things like baby books, socks, onesies, jammies, baby shoes, etc.... but our dresser had flaws. 1) the drawers don't fully open so the stuff towards the back of the drawer are hard to get to. (I roll her cloths up such as PJ's and things so it saves LOTS of room!) we also discovered a nail or a staple that was sticking out just above the drawer and it caught one of our daughters outfits and ripped a hole in it. (was not happy about that) There were also small flaws in the paint and construction. but i guess for the price it was a pretty good deal. Also, the bottom of the drawers were missing some of the "slidders". they are just small plastic pieces that helps the drawer to slide easily open and shut without rubbing the wood. we are missing several of those and i am waiting for the company that i purchased the dresser from to send me the replacement parts. all in all it is a nice dresser but i don't care for the flaws that were in ours. They may not all be like the one we got.... but if i am going to spend our money on something special for our daughter..... it better be in brand new shape and not have these flaws. the staple or nail sticking out could have cut our daughter had she not been 3 months old. but it did catch my hand and her cloths and i was not happy about that. . :(

NoJo Jungle Babies 6 Piece Crib Bedding Set

I was checking out crib sets in the last 5 months and found this set on Amazon. After I was eager to find it in a store to see and touch it. It was hard to find it, but I got lucky and could see it in Baby Depot (Burlington Coat factory) as a demo with the crib. (I also found it later in Babies R us, but of course Amazon had the best price). I was really pleased by the colors and materials, I think the comforter could even work as a play mat for tummy time, because they used at least 7 different materials (cordouy, plush, some kind of fur etc.), it's perfect for babies for developing touching sense. Even I feel like touching it every day.

I'm going to have a girl and I really didn't like the pink, purple, white idea, which gave me a hard time to find a good set and greatly limit my selection, but I think this one perfectly works for a boy or a girl.

This set matches with natural wood and with almost all of the green and yellow products (changing pad covers, blankets, Carter's clothes etc) available on the market.

First I was disappointed with the musical mobile, it's not the same as on the crib set picture (there is no blue and green toy as it looks which would give more color to the set) There is a light gray elephant, light yellow giraffe, light orange lion and a brown monkey, which pops up is the palm tree. After I decided to order it as well and it looks good with a set (but I still wish NoJo would go back to the original colors)

I hope my baby will enjoy it as much as I do.

This 6-piece crib set is the absolute cutest. My husband and I were searching for a crib set for our son for almost 9 months when we spotted this one on-line. I was a little hesitant to buy it because I was unable to see it in person. But believe me it was well worth the purchase. It has multiple textures and very vibrant colors. It is actually cuter in person than in pictures. My 5 month old son absolutely loves it. When we put him in his crib for the first time, he immediately started kicking up his heels in laughter looking at all the characters on the bumper. Even without the mobile, the animals on the bumper manage to be entertainment enough. I suggest buying all the accessories that go with set also (i.e. night light, mobile, lamp, rug, etc.) You just can't go wrong with this crib set.

I was hesitant to purchase this set because the trim on the comforter and most of the bumper looked like it was done in a "hunter" green velvet, and I HATE velvet. I bought it anyway, because the animals (and overall look of the set) was the cutest I could find in the jungle theme. Well I just received the set yesterday and I was thrilled to find that it's not velvet at all! The color is actually a little lighter than it appears in the pictures (it's like a seafoam green), and it's a soft chenille corduroy. I could NOT be happier with this set! This is a pretty nice bed, lots of decent drawer space but just a heads up that the platform part of the bed is 24" high...then you add a mattress. Our mattress is about 12" so one must really 'step up' to get into bed...36" from the floor...not sure we would have purchased this if we considered this issue. Our poor little dogs can no longer jump up to visit!

I've been thinking about making changes to a few rooms but I'm too lazy to paint them again. So I decided to buy several wall stickers. This jungle animal one was used in our powder room which originally has walls in half apple green & half beige. I put this on the wall that's facing the door so anyone entering can immediately see it. All I can say is this gives the small room a whole new feel & it matches the green hue perfectly. We got no kids but I think the animals look "young" instead of "childish." By looking at them on the wall make us feel refresh. Also the sticker is easy to put on & take off(in case of a mistake.)

Did an amazing job putting a little color on my dorm room walls and they stuck to the walls very well despite the fact that the walls were not smooth. When I left my dorm to move in my apartment, they came off clean. I stuck them in a zip lock bag (1 or 2 per bag) for reuse and they stuck just as well the 2nd time.

I bought these stickers for my daughter's playroom. They are super cute but just don't seem to stick all that well. Every day that I got in there I have to push down the corners or smooth a new wrinkle. I'm disappointed.
