I was soo excited to recieve my vanity but when i opened the box, the mirror was crammed into the 76lb package to only find it cracked! I was soo disappointed. Contacted both amazon and the seller requesting a new mirror be sent to me. Called repeatedly and no one ever answers the phone or emails. Its a straight up joke. I wouldve given this 5 stars because the vanity itself is beautiful but to purchase a brand new piece of furniture and have the mirror to be cracked is unacceptable. No one has gotten back to me after 3 business days. Hopefully they'll read this review and evaluate their poor customer service.

BEAUTIFUL! SHE LOVED IT! I had ordered a different vanity prior to this one, for not much less money, and was so disappointed I didn't even finish taking out of the box. When I received this vanity, I was somewhat ready to be disappointed.....but WOW...was I pleasently suprised!

It is exactly what My wife had been looking for. This is a quality piece, sturdy with beautiful wood grain. The stool has a beautiful fabic and is also very well made. This vanity is so beautiful, She will not be using it until I have a glass to protect the wood.

This is a beautiful vanity, however due to it's weight it is hard to ship. The first one I received was broken on one corner like it had been dropped, I sent it back. The second one came with two corners broken. I want to sent it back but am pretty sure the next one will come damaged as well. UPS just tossed these boxes around and given the condition of the outer box, it is amazing there is not more damage to the item.

Again this is a beautiful item but to heavy to ship, most likely will come damaged

After looking at over 50 vanity sets for my wife, I narrowed it down to two. In reading the reviews for almost all of them . . . there were 1 & 2 star reviews for all, pertaining to damage during shipment.

Thinking that these were "made in China" I expected thin corregated cardboard for the shipping box. Well, what a pleasant surprise when it arrived via UPS. I had my camera ready to take photos of the torn box and broken parts as many had mentioned.

Not only did the outer shipping box show no signs of damage . . . the well packed product had not even a scratch. The finish was above my expectations, smooth and mellow. It only took about 25-30 minutes to assemble completely.

Four legs screwed into the provided holes, 4 legs for chair assembled with bolts for safety, and then the mirror took 8 screws to mount firmly to the desk/table.

It was then I noticed the "Made in Vietnam" stickers (not China, as I had expected). A great product with real wood, not pressboard. A georgeous dark cherry finish which matched our 8 year old bedroom set as though it was part of the set.

We would highly recommend this product!

I absolutely LOVE this blanket! I daughter used this blanket since she was born and I have washed it many times due to spit ups and it still feels so so soft and the color(pink) is so pretty. We ordered this table for a kitchen that has both white & walnut cabinetry. The table came VERY WELL packaged! The table top compliments our dark walnut cabinetry beautifully. It is not a reddish cherry finish which would have clashed. The base & legs are an ivory white, (a yellowish tint to the white-more of an antique white). It is VERY sturdy and looks wonderful! The hardware was a little difficult to find. It was hidden at the top behind some foam board packaging. We thought we hadn't received hardware and my husband ran out and bought his own. We found it later on. It was not difficult to put together. All in all, we LOVE this table and it looks much more expensive than it was!!

Textiles Plus 100-Percent Quilt Bed in a Bag Bonus Set

This is a cheerful pattern, and a good buy for the price. As other reviewers have stated the sheets wrinkle abominably, but since I'm the only one who sees them I don't care. They do seem to be getting less wrinkled after having been washed a few times. I ironed the bedskirt, but apparently should've steamed it as it is still wrinkled. Hopefully they will relax with time as I can't remove/replace it without help. I have definitely slept on softer sheets, but again they are getting better with washing. Others said their Queen size quilt wasn't big enough, but my King size fits great. As to the comment regarding the thinness of the quilt it's not supposed to be a comforter! And my Granny's hand-sewn quilts aren't any thicker. Personally I like that, as I can layer during winter and still have a pretty bedspread in summer. I would certainly recommend this to others.

This is the most beautiful quilt/king bedding set I have ever had in my life!!!! Everything is there for you, matches wonderfully, I just can't find enough words to express how happy I am with this set!!

This set is beautiful and great quality. I received it today and immediately washed it, it washed just fine. Its now on my bed and I just love it. The sheets are crisp and the quilt is just beautiful. My only issue is that there was a dust ruffle included in the set that was not mentioned in the item description, so I purchased one separately. Not that big of a deal though, I can always switch out the one I bought if I want to make the bed look a little more feminine. :) All in all, I am very pleased with the set.

I bought these chairs for a Christmas present for my Wife. When we opened the boxes and removed the chairs from the boxes, we noticed a significant amount of damage on the legs caused mainly by shipping. At closser inspection, we also found poor craftmanship such as excessive glue on some of the joints, as well as the bolts that were sent were not long enough to fasten the front legs. I e-mailed the factory and after sending several pictures of the problems that have agreed to take the chairs back. I am waiting for them to send me a return shipping lable which they agreed to do but have not received it yet. I certainly will not purchase any additional items from this vendor.

I was excited when I first found these chairs, it was exactly what I had been wanting and looking for but I just didnt know where to buy them. After I put them together you can see that they were made horrible. You can see varnish streaks and the chairs dont offer stability. One leg broke within the 1st week I had it. The wood split from where the wholes were drilled that you screw the bolts into it. It made me feel like I had picked thru the garbage in choosing these chairs rather than feeling proud and happy with my purchase. Cross Country Furniture was whom I bought it from and they keep no records of your order and whom they purchased the chairs from. I felt like these were defected chairs that I purchased to begin with when I thought I was buying quality merchandise and I wasnt. They are the rejects your getting, so buyer beware. hang onto your boxes so you can return the chairs if there's a problem. I didnt and it took 3 months before I finally got a refund because the company couldnt get me a replacement leg that matched. My table of 4 usable chairs only has 3 chairs and I dont have a complete set and it looks awkward. A total waste of my money.

It was hard to tell so we took a chance. When they arrived, they just seemed cheap and were also slightly damaged in shipping. Aside from the damage, the chairs were just not comparable to the chairs in the set. Our current set is not "high end" at all, but the chairs are lesser than what we already from a quality of build. Color was more red than the picture implies That said, these chairs were incredibly inexpensive and expectations were modest. Even so, we returned the chairs due to the damage. We might have even repaired or touched up the chips had we liked the chairs, but it didn't seem worth it. If your expecattions are very modest, and just need a couple chairs, go for it. But if you're adding to a nice quality dining set, I suggest you look elsewhere

We received these chairs damaged. In all fairness to the company I did not take pictures or try to contact the company. I just did not feel like going through the hassle. I believe they were packaged to tightly because the one chair had two cracks across the top that I feel could have been prevented with better packaging. All in all they are very pretty chairs and look as pictured.

Very nice chairs for the price. We originally bought them as extra chairs for our dining room set. After having them in our home for some time we have come to enjoy them on their own, as corner chairs in our dining room and living room. Their style is what I would call early Queen Anne, almost colonial. They look like antiques, more valuable than $50 chairs.

Workmanship is good with no major defects. Although I was surprised that assembly was required, they went together easily.
