I have no doubt that this product is great and looks great as well. However, the service of the company, Moshya Home Furnishings, is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with in my life. I ordered the headboard a couple of weeks ago and received a vanity with a stool and a mirror on a Friday. A vanity which is far from being a headboard. I called the company and received the voicemail box of a T-mobile cell phone. I called another number only to receive another voicemail. I contacted amazon who contacted a representative from Moshya Home Furnishings whose name was Dillon. Dillon was fairly nice but decided to make irrelevant comments such as, "Sir, the item was delivered ahead of schedule." Dillon, it doesn't matter how fast the item shipped if it was the wrong item. The representative had a head board sent to my home very quickly on the following Monday, however it was once again the wrong item. I then had to contact Amazon in order to contact Moshya Home Furnishings again. Once again the representative was rude and promised I would receive the item on 12-12-12. Here it is 12-13-12 and FedEx has nothing on record of the correct item being shipped to me and I'm stuck with the wrong headboard taking up space in my home. I've tried contacting them through numerous phone calls and emails and still havne't received a reply. It seems to me that it could be possible that their customer service department doesn't exist and one man carries a cell phone around that he chooses to answer whenever he pleases. So here I am, a couple of weeks before Christmas with a couple hundred dollars less in my pocket with the wrong product. I would advise people to stay away from ordering from Moshya Home Furnishings as it is very much not worth the headache. For those of you who have ordered from the company and are happy with their service, You got lucky and I envy you.

Super easy to put together and looks expensive. We went looking for beds at upper end retail stores but couldn't find any leather I liked that didn't show scratches. The cheaper leather was shiny and looked like vinyl. I was leery to purchase this since it's not something that would be easy to return. Though I think the legs look cheap because they're wrapped like a present and not connected to the wood they encase, you can't see the legs when it's assembled. It doesn't feel as nice as the ones that are more expensive, but for the money, I can live with not having the most supple feeling leather. I doubt you can find a better value if this is the style headboard you have in mind. Also bought the matching bench for the foot of the bed. This is an excellent piece of headboard... faux leather, and very comfortable to lie on. It's also very easy to install (to your bed). It's also pretty stable, and I have no complaint! Enough people gave this product good reviews that I ordered it. I'm sure if I ever end up with the complete product I might have good things to say about it. Nearly 2 weeks after the last date they said it would arrive by, I finally received it. Inside the box was the headboard and two legs... that's it. No instructions, and no hardware to attach them. The outside of the box said "instructions included" so I imagine there's probably a bag that had the instructions and hardware that I simply didn't receive. I've written them various times about not receiving it, and they finally did get it to me, so let's hope they eventually come through and send me the rest of the product. I will amend this review once they do. Until then, just know that I wrote this review about Moshya Home Furnishings who sent me the incomplete product, and not the product itself.Save 27% Off
