Hale Ladderback Side Chair

We ordered six of these chairs and they were delivered sooner than expected. I have now assembled two of the six and both chairs do not sit on the floor evenly. I tried exchanging the legs on the two chairs (the chairs come in boxes of two) to try to balance them out with no success. I measured the wood part of the legs and they are cut exactly the same. I think the problem is that the pre-drilled holes are not drilled with consistency. I would have been willing to wait a longer delivery time in exchange for the quality of a chair that sits on the floor without wobbling. Otherwise we like the way the chair looks and matches our room.
