I received a piece of material with fuzz attached to it. Totally misleading pictures of the actual product. The description sounded so good but the quality was ridiculously poor. What a poor shopping experience for me, the worst yet. It looked nothing like the beautiful faux sheepskin image you see here. This seller is delusional. I am so disappointed. Look at my other reviews. I'm an honest, informed shopper. I wish I could share with you the pictures of what I received so you wouldn't have to go through what I am going through. The seller only refunded me about 60% of my purchase even thought I returned the entire order within 2 days of receiving it. Plus I had to pay an additional $11.00 in shipping so I'm out even more. I will never buy from Hollywood Love Rugs again!
