my delivery for this product arived faster than posted.
all was boxed and well cared for in shipping.
the chairs did have some staining from being inside boxes in a warehouse for what i believe to be a long time.
there was some assembly required but not too bad. all materials were in plastic as well. seemingly strong construction made of all steel tubbing inside. after using cleaners to remove 98% of storage stains they looked good! and the price was good too.
The 4 chairs arrived on time. They look nice, contemporary and cool. However, one piece was 'torn' on the corners on arrival. I have since filed a complaint.While the customer service was helpful and agree to replace the damaged chair, its been more than 1 week and the manufacturers are still unable to advise on when they replace an undamaged piece. I am still waiting for them to revert on this. They are prompt in replying emails but I am still unable to have a firm answer from them. Will wait and see and update my feedback.
