Boraam 86536 6-Piece Shaker Dining Room Set, Black/Cherry

i wasn't sure when i ordered this if i had to assemble it. i also wasn't sure how sturdy such an inexpensive table would be. i have to tell you it is great. the chairs have a lot of weight to them (they do not feel cheap at all) and the table is just as good. the assembly was easy. maybe 2 hours. the color is nice too. we have it in our living/dining room and it matches nicely with the other furniture (the expensive stuff). i bought this table because my husband and i will only be in our apartment a short time. not knowing what kind of dining table the next apartment will allow (we live in NYC and space is an issue) i didn't want something "nice" in case i have to get rid of it. my husband couldn't believe how much it cost because it's so comfortable and solid feeling.

I rated this table 5 stars based on the price. If you are thinking about not getting this table because you have read all the bad reviews(like me) you are going to have to buy the table and judge yourself. I disagreed with everything I read. I read that the assembly was terribly hard and that the chairs were shakey and red spots on the bench...The assembly is extrememly easy. It took me 1 hour to put everything together by myself with my kids (and I'm a stay at home mom with 3 kids all 3 and under!), I don't have any red streaks in my bench and my floors are old and uneven so my chairs might possibly rock slightly. But remember how much you are paying for this table. The table is a nice size, the chairs aren't too short, etc... It is worth your money! The only problem I had is that one of my chairs are missing the coils in the pre-drilled holes and I'm gonna have to send it back, but other than that everything is great! I recommend this table!
