Montibello Wine Rack/Server

The wine rack/server is beautiful and looks more expensive than it was. The insert for the wine bottles was a little shaky, but after putting in several bottles, it is satisfactory. The piece was fully assembled, except for very minor items. However, this review is about the seller, OJ Commerce. When I ordered my server, I requested, and paid extra, for "white glove" service in order to have the very heavy piece of furniture brought into my house and set up. The driver who delivered the server refused to bring it into my house, but said he would put it in the garage. My initial reaction was to refuse delivery, but I contacted customer service while the delivery man was still on my porch and was told to accept service and that OJ Commerce would arrange to have someone else bring it into my house and set it up. The next day, Yvette from OJ Commerce called me and worked very hard in arranging for two local men to move it into my house. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, this process was delayed for several days. However, OJ Commerce refunded the extra delivery charge that I had initially paid and also paid for the final move/set up in my house. I would definitely purchase another piece from OJ Commerce.
