Fashion Bed Group Langley Headboard

This was a good purchase. It has hefty looking, antique proportions and I would not have expected such nice quality for the price. We purchased the headboard only and have had no squeaking at all after two months and don't expect any. I first got a headboard from overstock.com and sent it back as it came in too many peices which made me nervous. This is one piece except for the two foot posts that slide in snugly to create the height. Color is always a mystery when the descriptions are so poor. This has little to do with a copper penny. Why don't they just say, dark brown like a hershey 'special dark' chocolate with tan sponge painting effect for some depth and texture. It's matte. I wouldn't have been so nervous awaiting delivery if they'd said something like this. It goes quite well with our dark, brown cherry furniture. I'm a tough customer and would buy this bed again!

Good quality and finish. I wasn't certain what to expect since the photos of the headboard finish online were hard to see. But it was better than expected. Nice headboard and a good value. I would recommend.

I had ordered from this company before, and was happy with not only the headboard, but the shipping as well. This headboard was assembled and installed in 15 minutes and looks fantastic in my bedroom. Very pleased all around with everything, and I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to order from them again... (but running out of beds!)

I had been considering a pottery harn headboard for $1200+, when I checked out amazons offerings just to assure myself there weren't any better options available. I was shocked to see this headboard for approx $300 and was very skeptical of the quality. Though there were only 3 reviews posted, I took a chance and ordered it with free prime shipping. The item was sent by air, and a courier based at the Airport called to schedule delivery. Again, this was free, versus $120 delivery PLUS a $150 oversize delivery surcharge ($270 total) at pottery barn, almost he price of the headboard! If you arent already a prime member, this is a good reason to join. I have ordered quite a bit from pottery barm and am certain the quality of the mendocino bed I was set on cannot be better than this one. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase, the delivery and all the money I saved. This headboard really is beautiful and not at all cheap looking. In fact it looks like a quality antique or reproduction. I couldnt recommend it highly enough!
