1) The drawers are free-floating (design flaw). Yes, they have wheels and they stop when they're pushed all the way in, but they may as well just be storage boxes with matching wood faces taped on to them.
2) Misdrilled holes (production flaw). On one of the legs, the screw holes were misdrilled, preventing me from securing one of the corners of the frame.
3) Broken pieces (shipping flaw). Several parts of the product arrived chipped, and one key structural piece was outright broken. Nothing some Gorilla Glue and screwed-in braces couldn't fix, but still. Annoying.
Still, even after all of these problems, a little over $400 for a wooden bunk bed frame is pretty amazing. Just be prepared to have to deal with some issues.
