This actually has changed my daughters life. She is 14 and we had been looking for a decent vanity set for a while. Nothing fancy, just a place to sit and do her hair or makeup, but if possible one that she could decorate herself. Every one we found was not right, either being too fancy or just plain too expensive. This one looked perfect. Received it in days and putting it together was pretty simple. She went to work with the paint and made it her own. We used some of the Command Damage-Free Hooks on the sides to give her a place for her hair dryer, etc.

I will caution to be very careful when tightening down the legs. I overtightened one (I used an electric driver to put it together and forgot to slow down when it got close) and the support cracked. I just loosened it up and we are using the stool anyway (it is still holding even when I sat on it so it wasn't too bad).

All in all a great investment, suitable for anyone who needs a small, cheaply priced vanity set.

We didn't expect this to be big enough for a 16-year, but it was! Also very easy to assemble. Good quality and doesn't look cheap!

I got my vanity together and am so happy despite minor set back and flaws. When my package arrived it came with bubble tape wrapped around several times on the OUTSIDE of the box (???). Only thing protecting the inside was the thin foam. It came with a few minor scratches under the drawer and was missing the board that links the mirror and vanity together. So I was disappointed to build and not be able to finish the project despite having all the rest of the pieces. After writing them that evening, they responded a couple days later. First advising me to look closer to make sure the piece wasn't there and another email later ,in response to my email advising that it most definitely wasn't here(unfortunately),letting me know that my piece was on it's way. My missing part arrived about a week later through Fed ex. I was so excited when it arrived today. I finished putting the vanity together immediately. Despite all of this I'm still giving this product a 4 star based on price and how fun, easy it was to put together, and the value of what I need it for. Comes with everything you need but a Philips head screwdriver, which you need later to attache the boards for the mirror. The seat was high quality, very...soft and thicker than I expected. I normally needed help from my husband on projects like this but this was a breeze, and part learning experience, in the fact to seeing how things come together like they did. I think this would be highly recommended for teaching kids or inexperienced adults on assembling furniture and how each part comes together to make a product. Thank you for giving me and my daughter a place to relax and do our makeup. :)

I got this set mostly because I really loved the look of a white set and this was one of the more affordable options. It's a little small but such an improvement from doing my make up on the floor! The quality is good except the stool gets a little creaky after a few weeks, but my just under 200 bls hubby used it as a stepping stool once and it held up fine! So I was impressed by that!
