I ordered 6 frames: several 11x17 frames, a 24x28, and 2 24x36 frames. I was irritated by the quality of the larger frames. The "mounting hardware" that comes with the frames is cheap, impractical, and barely funtional. It inclues some wire and screws that you are supposed to screw into the side of the frame.. not sure how that is supposed to work since all of the frames are a plastic material. The description says frames are made of a "wood composite," do not be fooled, they are not wood at all. The larger frames have plastic, not glass, which is stated in the item description (however, I did not see this on the product page). Long story short, stick with the smaller frames, they are a nice quality and include already mounted hardware for hanging. If you choose to order the larger frames, just be aware that the hardware is sketchty and they are nothing fancy.

I am a puzzle person but finding odd size frames that don't cost as much as a house is next to impossible. Until I found this company. I have gotten 2 frames from them and couldn't be happier. They ship very quickly, they pack your package very well and give you everything you need to hang your frame. I will buy frames from them again.

Exactly what I was hoping for: decent quality for an inexpensive price. I ordered half a dozen frames in different sizes for a wall display, and they all arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. The finish is as shown; not shiny, just a bit of sheen.

Unlike the previous buyer, my frame came with the glass as promised. The box was also packaged in an armour of foam, plastic and tape. No scratches...all good. I also received it before the estimated delivery date. If I ever need a weird-sized frame, I'll definitely purchase it from this company.

I got the 20x30 frame and it's wonderful. I was nervous of the condition that it'd be in after reading so many reviews saying that frames were received damaged or broken, but I worried needlessly. First, the frame is quite durable and makes the photo that I framed simply stunning. Secondly, in the larger frames it is plexiglass instead of glass so that I don't have to worry about a heavy frame on my wall, and it also made it ship well (no breaking!). I highly suggest this frame and this company. You'll love it!
