With great dignity and aplomb, this magnificent tapered cylinder retains any and all trash, rubbish, garbage, refuse, and other waste products tossed gently therein. Unlike certain noteworthy trash barrels, this bin has not, after a full two weeks of ownership, exhibited any signs of mutinous behavior or in any way exhibited that it finds its humble role as resident trash receptacle of a home office unacceptable. It is also thankfully bereft of the blinking blue LEDs that so garishly decorate every other damn thing in the room.

Perfect, great build quality, simple and elegant. Can't get a much better wastebasket. Cheap price to boot.

Don't they know what a diameter is?

I would have described the dimensions as:

Top Dia. 11.5" (not 11.75")

Bottom Dia. 9" (not 11.75")

Height 13.875" (not 13.75")

Doesn't whoever measures these things have a tape measure and a brain!? I was counting on the height being 11.75" (see below...) to fit my trash bags. I filled it up with rocks to the appropriate level so the bags would fit properly.

This is a rather elegant and good-looking office wastebasket. Unfortunately, it bends when kicked, and can't be straightened back out. Oh well, it's back to a rubbermaid basket.
