Natura Universal Mattress Foundation

I was very pleased at the overall condition of the foundation once I wrestled it out of its very large box (minus a small puncture in the material of the cover.) No funny glue smells or other chemical/factory smells, though the outer box smelled pretty gross, so I was nervous at first. We put it to use the same night, and we're happy with it. No more creaking noises like the old box spring made with our new mattress.

Be aware, though, that once the item reaches the freight company's "local" hub nearest you, they are supposed to contact you immediately to schedule an appointment. Make sure to follow up right away, especially if the delivery address is NOT your main residence (in our case, it was our vacation home & I needed to return home!)

I wish Amazon would provide better descriptions, or at least a link to Natura's website with additional information about the item. I felt like I was taking a huge gamble, thank goodness it worked out.
