I was hesitant to buy a bed frame online, having never seen the bed in person, but the photo was so enticing.

The bed arrived 3 weeks after the order was placed, this too was reasonable, given the weight of the bed, and method of shipping. (The seller should warn that shipping could take 3 or more weeks, hot the 2 weeks Amazon, programming automatically states). The delivery company calls a few days in advance to arrange a delivery date and time.

The bed arrived in 3 large boxes, well taped, and all the corners were well reinforced. After unpacking, and an inventory of the parts, I set about assembling the bed. For the most part, the instructions are very clear and straight forward. The only difficulty I had was in attaching the drawer assembly to the footboard. The drawers come pre assembled and attached to the drawer frame on metal sliders. If you leave the drawers attached to the frame, there is no way to attach the frame to the footboard. I had to remove the drawers from the sliders, using a screwdriver. Then attach the drawer to the back end slider, then I had to turn the footboard upside down to attach the front of the drawer to the front end of the slider.

The remainder of the assembly went quickly and easy.

The bed is beautiful, and very good quality. I would buy other products from Coaster Fine Furnishings.
