I had been searching for a bunk bed this style and found them to start at around $1k. I kept searching and found this one with another company at $800 so when I found it on Amazon for a much lower price, I jumped on it. It's a nice looking bed and pretty easy to put together, but I feel the quality of wood is a little weak. Already a 6 year old stepped on a self and the wood broke at the screws. The opening on the top bunk from the ladder is very small (and my 5 year old is skinny) so it's a little hard for her to go up and down. Also the head space for the bottom bunk is low and my 20 month old hits her head a lot.

Over all, it looks nice and my daughters love it. I'm glad we got it and we got what we paid for...beds with some perks, but a couple flaws. :)

My husband and I bought this bed for our two girls, ages 2 and 8, after realizing it was one of the least expensive options for this type of bed. My girls absolutely LOVE their new bed! The construction seems very solid thus far and my 8 yr old loves having her own desk for homework. My only minor critisism is that the bottom bunk doesn't have a lot of headroom, of course my younger daughter just turned 2 so it's not a big issue right now. It's also bigger than I expected and takes up more of their room than I thought it would. But it is a good set of bunk beds and DEFINITELY worth the price!!

We got the boxes in the mail. Started putting it together, and found we were missing half of the upper bed. Called them up and they sent us what we were missing, plus let us keep the headboard that had been sent accidentally as a i'm sorry. My kids love the beds. If I have to complain about something, it would be the drawers. They are interesting putting together since they are slightly tapered at one end. Other wise, I would say go for it. My son loves it and uses the underneath as a cave, so we have to put in a light which is a pain but worth it, and the bottom bed is perfect for a first time bed for a 3-year-old. The ladder seems questionable, but it holds solid. Plus the sides are reversible. Just totally great, plus if there is a problem, they take care of it quickly and respectfully. Definitely would buy from them again.

We needed a bunk bed for our kids (5 and 3) and this was by far the best option considering price/quality and storage space.

We took a huge gamble and shipped it unopened to our new home in Chile! We weren't wrong. It arrived safely with no pieces missing (which would have been a problem since we couldn't just return it from Chile!)

It was fairly easy to assemble (my husband and brother in law did it in about 2-3 hours). Even though it is not solid wood, it still looks OK and the finished product is pretty sturdy and good quality.

It is huge and the head space for the lower bed is tight, but overall a good bed. My kids love it.
