Coaster Rocking Chair with Carved Detail in Walnut Finish

I bought this chair in Nov and as of 12/23/10 they tell me its not in stock after i received only part of the chair.It was missing the arm and the seat didnt line up with the rocker bottom. The chair company is run by a bunch of incompetent fools.They never answer the phone and when they did the one time they told me a bunch of stupid excuses and lies. I had to threaten them with legal action before anyone would answer me.The have ruined my wifes Christmas as now i dont have a present for her. I recommend no one ever buy from this company and Im sure they will delete this complaint as they deleted the other comment i made. Buyers be ware. Stay away from this company.

This rocking chair was made in Vietnam. It is well constructed with very tight fitting joints. The packaging was heavy duty and the parts were individually wrapped in plastic and reinforced with foam blocks for protection. It arrived 2nd day shipping and in perfect condition. Two pages of assembly instructions were easy to understand and assembly took less than an hour. The only tool required for assembly is an allen wrench and that is supplied with the bolt assembly kit. In my opinion this is a great buy... a fine chair that will be enjoyed practically and aesthetically in our home for many years. I have attached several pictures for your evaluation.

I could not find a finished indoor rocking chair in our area. The one we ordered arrived within a week of ordering. Although there was a broken part in the original packing, a replacment was sent within a week. It assembled easily and we were very pleased with the look and sturdinessof the chair. I know our son and daughter-in-law will enjoy rocking our new grandson and any future children for many years.

This pretty chair was ordered as a wedding gift for our daughter in August and has been a frustration ever since! It arrived late, one arm was broken that had been poorly glued back together, we requested and received a replacement arm. Unfortunately, the replacement arm did not match the rest of the chair and the hardware was broken so it could not be attached properly. The company is good about answering emails promptly. We hoped to get the chair replaced, but after several emails over the past month, we have been promised a full refund instead. We will use the money to repair the arm and have the chair re stained so that it is all the same color.

I was very impressed with the quality of this rocking chair. It is made with hard wood and very sturdy. I would definitely recommend it for new Mommy's. The wood was slightly damaged during shipping, but it was easily fixed with assembly. It was shipped all the way to Germany. I was impressed that there was no more damage. Great quality for the price.
