The couch arrived needing assembly of course. The bolts for the feet were stripped out and it required hiring furniture repairmen to bore new holes and peice it all together. The cushion covers come in a plastic bag with a wad of stuffing to be put in each one. Hardly worth the $799. I paid, let alone the way out prices of $1,600 I found elsewhere on the internet! Don't expect it will last very long.It is beautiful, but very cheaply made.
