The boxes came when they were supposed to. The sofa looks and feels like a quality product (even though it is quite inexpensive for leather). Went together easily. I was quite leery of ordering a couch online without having sat on it, but the clients who sit on the sectional are very impressed and make comments about its comfort and beauty. There is a dime sized black mark on the back of the corner piece that will not come off (but no one can see it). Otherwise NICE sectional...and I looked a very long time for something I could afford. The boxes were really big and the shipper sent only ONE man (truck driver). Luckily we had a gentleman in the building at the time or I am not sure how we would have gotten the boxes upstairs. Would have appreciated a heads-up on that. Appreciated the FREE shipping however.

Needed a sectional for the kid's new playroom. Although we never had an opportunity to try it before buying it we took a chance anyway. The quality and comfort is very good! Surprisingly good looking as well (it is slightly darker than the published photos). We also ordered the ottoman. The only downside is that the delivery took longer than we expected. We are very pleased with the furniture.

Couldn't be happier full sized seating in a compact footprint was so hard to find a sub 100" width/length. Color is a wonderful bone/cream. Super comfortable and real leather for the price of imitation. Stains clean up easily. Take a chance on this you won't be sorry.

I ordered this sectional from Furniture Creations on 2/27/13, We were called on March 1st that it was to come on March 2nd or 3rd, then never heard a word the rest of weekend. The couch came 10 days later than promised. We were to get 24 hours notice prior to the delivery which we did not get, rather 4 hours notice. The service/delivery was NOT the white glove delivery we had paid for. There was 2 puncture wounds and a horizontal cut that appeared to be from a box cutter. There was very POOR communication/no return calls, emails from our reported damage. Furniture Creations agreed to replace the damaged section after I emailed and contacted them 3 times. The freight company they used, God Father Trucking is even worse, very unprofessional all around. Ultimately, the couch is nice, comfortable and looks better than pictured, however, I would not order through this company again due to the lack of service, communication and poor professionalism.

Ordering a sectional online seemed risky to me but after I received the couch, I was very impressed. Seems to be very good quality--strong and sturdy. The color has a tiny pearlescent sheen that makes it look even more stunning. I redecorated in a beachfront theme and this sectional brings everything together perfectly. I wish I could leave a picture. Don't be afraid to order; you'll be pleasantly surprised!
