Overall it's what I expected, except for the color. When I originally saw the item on Ashley's website it was brown leather. When it arrived the leather was a dark brown, almost black. I was upset because the color didn't match my other furniture I have in the North Shore collection. I thought maybe it'll blend in, but it didn't. My wife had a genius idea of placing pillows on the bench to throw off the color and it worked perfectly. She now loves it and if she's happy, I'm happy. I recommend this item to anyone with the north shore collection. Just make sure you check the color.
