Crown Mark Erin Headboard

This was the worst purchase I have ever made. Initially, only half the bed arrived, and then when it did all arrive, the support legs were missing. Upon further inspection, the fabric on the side rail was torn and the wood attached to the side rail was coming away. I contacted the seller explaining the problem and explained that I wished to return the bed. The seller didn't reply to my emails, so I had to contact Amazon. I was told that the bed had to be returned at MY EXPENSE for a refund. The bed was defective, through no fault of mine, but yet I was penalised. I returned the bed at great expense. The seller did not refund my extortionate costs.

Do not under any circumstances buy this bed. It is cheap and nasty and they only provide three thin wooden slats for support, which is clearly not enough. The seller does not communicate and I could only get my money back by filing a claim through Amazon.

Stay away from this bed and this seller.

My sister got this bed today. It took about 40 minutes to put together. It comes with head board, footboard, side rails, and three wooden slates to to connect the side rails together. You NEED a buddy board/plywood to hold the mattress up. My sister sat on the bed without plywood and she sunk towards the floor. The only negative I have about the bed is that it's made from cheap fabric. There are already two rips on the right side of the bed and we haven't even had it a day. Oh well. You get what you pay for.

Overall it's a decent bed. The material look is really pretty. It has a softer headboard, which is nice. Mind you it's REALLY low to the floor. I would say there is about two or three inches between the floor and the bed. We have a bunch of cats, and I don't think they can crawl under the bed. So, it's really low. If you like low-to-the-floor platform beds, then this is the one for you!
