The danger of buying things online is that you can't always see the detail adequately. However, I had purchased other rugs online and loved them. This rug leaves a lot to be desired. I had been trying to find a rug for my hallway for a few years that would blend with the other rugs in my house. Those patterns unfortunately were no longer available so when I saw this, I thought it might work. From the image on the page, it appears to have a nice filigree pattern which thematically matches my other rugs and the color matched. However, when the rug arrived, I was very disappointed. The yarn is sort of variegated so rather than a solid filigree pattern, it looks mottled and the background is also not solid burgundy, but fades from burgundy to brown and back and the color shift is fairly obvious. If that's not a problem the quality of the rug is fine. I kept the rug because I was tired of looking for another one that might go with what I already have. However, I am still on the lookout for another and this will be replaced when I find it.
Excellent , quality product. The rug is beautifully designed and looks expensive and classy (is a lot thicker than other rugs in the similar category). For $25 with free shipping , this is a steal (since then somehow the price has been increased to $100 and no longer carried by Amazon).
