I was delighted with the customer service I received from this Seller. A few weeks ago, I purchased a Longevity sideboard directly from this seller (i.e., not thru Amazon) they responded to all my email inquiries very promptly and courteously. When the sideboard arrived, I accepted shipment and the delivery men left I then discovered minor damage to a corner of the furniture (which we missed during inspection). I emailed them a photo of the damage and asked for advise. They were obviously monitoring their emails, because they contacted the delivery men and sent them back to me so they could repair the damage! The Rosewood Longevity Sideboard was even more beautiful 'in person' than the photo on their site.
