Coffee Table with Glass Top in Cappuccino Finish

I have always received the utmost quality serive and items from shopping through amazon. Also returning my items were always efficient and courteous. However, this time I am so disappointed. I purchased a coffee table early December 2012, the item was supposed to arived in late December but arrived in January. When it did arrivwd I received the wrong table and it came without the glass top or hardware to fasten it together. I am now trying to get a refund and they want me to pay to ship it back before I receive it. I am so frustrated as THEY sent me the wrong article. This is the first time I ever gave a poor rating. Service poor, product poor.

I will be contacting amazon. Please don't buy from this supplier. They should at least take initiave for the sake of customer service and pick up the item.
