I had to wait for it longer than anticipated because the order got mixed up with another customer in another state, but it was worth the wait. I had a wonderful customer service rep named Tara, that helped me get my bed to me. It was easy to put together. I was able to do it myself and I am a 66 year old woman! All the parts were easily identified. I love the finish. It looks very old. I was afraid it would look too big in the room since it is a king bed and the room is rather small, but its "airy" appearance doesn't overwhelm the room. I price-checked and looked at many beds before settling on this one. It is truly worth the price and then some. If you like Victorian to homestyle country, you will like this bed.
Another thing of note. When it arrived the box was very badly damaged, which immediately had me worried as I unpacked it, but it's padded and packed so well that there wasn't a nick, scratch or dent anywhere on it.
Strongly recommended to anyone looking for this style of bed.this same bed frame is on way fair . com for only 190.56. hmmm... this item should be cheaper. i just thought people should know. or amazon should match that same price.
