Set of 2 Dining Chairs with Cutout Design in Ivory Bycast

This seller sent me chairs that were similar to the ones pictured (different shape, scale, wood tone, size, with cheap piping stapled over all seams), not the ones pictured. When I wanted to return them, the seller tried to charge me a restock fee and shipping both ways and was unwilling to take credit for their mistake, Amazon claims/returns and investigations were no help whatsoever... Horrible experience will never buy from this seller again, VERY disappointing experience with Amazon's customer support.

So if you have money to waste and want something 'ivory' that is shaped like a 'chair' then you should order these.

I searched on every website and furniture store possible to find a nice looking set of ivory chairs that would not be white or beige and clash with my ivory/cream leather couch that they sit directly behind since our kitchen is open to our family room, and these are the perfect fit! The only thing I personally would change is the size....I wish they were scaled down a little bit for a better fit under my table; but they are still fine. Great quality, nice looking, so easy to clean with kids, and surprisingly more beautiful than pictured. I'm a picky West Elm/Crate & Barrel girl, but I didn't want to pay $350 per leather chair for the chairs that went well with my Terra dining table from West Elm after just spending tons to furnish my dining room and remainder of my new house. I thought I'd get these for now and upgrade later, but I'm so pleased with them I don't think I'll upgrade for a while!

It was a shame. The chairs were beautiful, but came from the warehouse stained in some parts of the upholstery..... The sad part is that it does not come off....not very pleased, speciallyfor what I have paid for them!!!

These chairs are OK. They are comfortable. The legs are a dark brown, not black like the picture shows. Like other reviewers, I had an issue with the stain getting on the back of the chair. Customer service was friendly and offered a discount or to send another chair back. I opted for the new chair back because I couldn't clean the stain off. The seam on the top of one of the chairs was a little bit off, but I can put that one on the backside of the chair. If you're not trying to save money, I would recommend the Home Decorators Oscar Dining Chair. But, for $118/set, this was quite a deal!

I have my chairs for 3 months now, love them they are comfortable and gives the look i wanted and for the price you cant beat. I didnt have the problem as the other reviewers with staining on the material, my only wish is that the legs were darker nevertheless i made them work and nobody even notices
