Especially when considering the price of this frame, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The frame itself is very well aligned and the acrylic and foamcore mate perfectly resulting in a complete package that I would compare to $100 frames I've seen at various stores.The customer service is really what stood out to me, though. The wire hanging kit was accidentally left out of the shipment but they immediately responded to my inquiry about getting the kit sent out and it was shipped the same day I received the frame. They clearly value their customers and that isn't something you find every day anymore.
