
With the manufacturer's defect, I contacted Sears/Wayfair and the customer service was AWESOME. they were willing to send in a new set but since the table delivery was such a hassle (the delivery company delivers only to the front and you have to carry 200+ lbs in yourself) I opted for a discount instead. The holes that didnt line up didn't really add much stability and some aesthetics were compromised, but I was willing to take the hit because of convenience (and I didn't want to have to assemble another one!!).
All in all, the table looks beautiful and if it weren't for the defect I would have given it more stars. I get a lot of compliments on the table despite the defects.
