I purchased this to place on the floor by the sinks in my galley. It really adds a nice touch of color to my decor and goes well with Chesapeake 2-Piece Checkerboard 21-Inch by 34-Inch and 24-Inch by 40-Inch Bath Rug Set, Peridot.The rug looks like wool and is machine washable. It is well made but I would recommend only washing in a front loading machine. I do not think an agitator would be kind to this rug.
The rug is well made and very attractive. No rubber backing which is a must since I have vinyl flooring.
