I had this product for less than one month and the handles ripped right off when I picked it up to carry laundry. When I contacted the seller to advise them of the this, Louise immeditaly got back to me and told me she would refunded my money. I am giving the product itself 3 stars however the seller was very kind in refunding my money as they no longer carry this product. The seller deserves 5 stars.
