Made in Vietnam, the Charleston headboard has an antique bronze finish and is constructed of a heavy gauge metal making it feel and look like a top notch headboard.Be advised that some of the "screws" that are required for the assembly of the headboard WILL show, however the screws are finished with the same bronze finish and are very low profile screws that require a special wrench that comes with the headboard.
The headboard comes in three pieces, 1 complete top piece and 2 bottom pieces (legs). The bottom parts get attached to the bed frame and the top "fits" into the bottom section.
Very impressive piece of furniture if you like brass headboards. A cut above most brass headboards, but not above Benicia Foundry Works headboards, but then again, you don't pay 2 3 times the amount.
