I purchased this sofa for a small entertainment area. Loved that you can change it from right to left facing chaise but it doesn't work like I thought it would. I have seen sofas that are easily changed simply by moving the cushion and an ottoman under it. This sofa, however would need to be taken apart and put back together in order for it to be moved from right to left facing and vice-versa. I purchased the saddle color and it is pretty true to the color I had in mind after looking at the picture. The cushions are VERY firm...we haven't had it long to know if it softens up or not, but it is still ok when it comes to comfort. It won't be a sofa that you sink into and feel ultra comfortable, but it is not uncomfortable either. The price was good, delivery was on time. The delivery guy was patient to wait until items were inspected for damage, as I was told to do at the time of delivery. I am a female who enjoys putting things together and I was able to assemble it with little problems. The pieces were not too heavy for me to lift alone. There are only pictures, no written instructions but it is not too difficult to do. With a little trial and error I was able to complete the assembly in probably less than an hour. It is always difficult to buy furniture online, but with the price, size, color etc available with this sofa, I had to try it.

This sectional is OK and serves the function of something to sit on. However, the assembly instructions are simply pictures and omit any name/numbers/information about 1) how to put the sectional together, 2)most importantly: that the parts/cushions are ALL LOCATED WITHIN THE SECTIONAL BASES THEMSELVES, 3)manufacturer name and number. Luckily, we were able to find a handy video online that showed us that the pieces (we thought we missing) are actually located inside of the sectional bases. After putting together the sectional, we started to assemble the ottoman and discovered a minor defect that prevented us from screwing on the 4th leg. After over a month, and the great help of Amazon Direct, we were able to resolve this issue with AMAZON and NOT the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Poundex, failed to return calls and emails after telling me that they would be able to handle the issue. I will NEVER buy from this company again and have complained to Amazon not to use this company. Awful, awful, awful.

I bought this sofa because:

#1It was shipped in pieces and I liked that because my house is very old with narrow door frames and it is difficult to get a regular one piece sofa in. *Plus*I like putting things together!

#2It has a reversible chaiseyou can put it on the left or right!(Just decide BEFORE you start putting it together)

#3It has microfiber fabric. I have cats and it is easy to get their fur off of microfiber than anything else. *Plus*I love the softness and durability of the microfiber fabric. It always looks great!

#4THE PRICE! What a great deal! Plus it was worth paying the shipping and handling. Even after that, still a great deal!

#5Choice of color fabric. I got my sofa inSaddle. It is the perfect shade between brown and creme (or mushroom I think they call it). It is not too dark and not too light! Nice neutral in case I decide to change my accent color.

#6Delivered as promised. No problems. A few days after I anticipated but who cares!

#7If you want a "smooshy" kind of sofa, this is NOT for you. I think the cushions will loosen over time. If not, that is ok too. I love it!

I really love this sofa. It was a great addition to my home. It is soft and well made. I actually ordered the sofa in the Hazelnut color and it beautiful. The sofa is the perfect size for a sitting room. The sofa is relatively easy to put together. My sofa was delivered on time. I received great customer service from AtHome Mart and the delivery service (UPS). When you get your shipment don't be alarmed that the pillows are not there... they are actually hidden underneath the black flap on the bottom of the sofa and ottoman.

I read all the reviews and took in all the minor points and decided for the price it was OK. So, I purchased the couch and after a small mix up in delivery (AFB doesn't do that great of a job)I got it. Everything everyone else said is correct... Instructions hard to decipher, plastic legs, couch cushions wrinkled from being stored too long in base,and the cheesy throw pillow. But, despite and that...I love the couch. I have three boys and our furniture takes a beating. We have had it a week and so far so good. The cushions are very firm and the ottoman keeps your feet elevated. I say for the price it's a bargain.And my biggest criteria of all is it's not to big for my small space. I can have my sectional and not take up every available inch of space.Go ahead and take a chance, you'll love it too.
