I was sincerely amazed at the quality of this table. Unfortunately, the item was shipped without any hardware. Amazon was willing to ship out a new table that I could get the parts from and I would be responsible for shipping back the additional table at Amazon's expense. This seemed tedious and time consuming. We agreed on a $30 refund and I purchased the parts at a local home depot. Now, more about the table: Various pictures make it hard to depict whether the wood tone was on the darker or lighter side. I would say it is somewhere in the middle. The table is sturdy and has some great detail. More importantly, I purchased two matching stools separately. Later I saw the table and two stool set being sold for $100 more than my cost when purchased separately. Beware!

Great table for the price, would recommend. Bar height and a high quality product which would look good in any type of bar.

No shipping damage. Leightweight enough that the delivery person should have to trouble carrying. The top and the hollow post arrived in two separate packages. Looks very good in my breakfast nook. Seems stable. Assembled easily. My aunt asked if it was an antique because of the style of the veneer on the top.
