Easy step by step instructions, the hardware was individually packaged and labeled. Cant beat that! Similar items 2 to 3 times as much, was extremely surprised with this. The drawers are nice and strong not flimsy.

which is huge in my experience. Too often when you buy something online, without seeing it in person, it doesn't end up being what you thought it was. This dresser turns out to be really nice. It was a little harder to put together than I expected. I think I took about 4 hours to put it together, but I expect it to last. It's good looking and it's solid so I am as happy as I can be with this dresser. I did purchase the SmartGuard 5-Year Protection Plan just in case it ended up being garbage, but hopefully that isn't the case.

I would definitely suggest this dresser and this brand to friends and family. Even the ones I like.
