It looks just like the picture, and it really is very attractive. It's for a bolt-on frame, so make sure your bedframe supports it. It is not super sturdy, so I wouldn't use it to support a full-sized human ;-), but it definitely looks good. Only real problems are that pillows do tend to fall through it during the night and that the bolts it uses stick out pretty far so that you wouldn't want to press it flush against the wall.
