This was a disaster order. First two pieces (the sofa and the chair) were missing and it took 3 weeks to deliver them again. They arrived with holes in the covers and I am waiting for replacement to arrive and it is going to take several weeks. It was a factory defects not shipment damage.
Reading other reviews, were were skeptical on what we'd receive in the mail. Once assembled (took some elbow grease to get some of the pieces together), it was a great couch set and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it! Not the softest thing in the world, but we replaced the one chair cusion inserted spring with memory foam instead and the chair had new life! Didn't have to do that to the loveseat or couch cushions though, they were soft enough. It was just the springs inside the cushions that made it a bit harder than needed. All in all, very happy.
