The quality of the frame is below the expectations but If you compare the price with custom framing it is incredibly cheap.
For the size and the price of this frame, I'd say you get a pretty good deal. You get what you pay for. I did have one of the plexi-glass pieces come in cracked, but the company handled it sooo well and sent a replacement really quickly. I'm happy with the purchase and for my budget, would definitely buy them again.
