I was excited to order three frames that were exactly the right size for my posters, but when they arrived I could not believe how shoddy the quality is I would expect to see something like these in the $4 bin at Michael's, instead of $25 each from Amazon. I am incredibly disappointed, and think that the great reviews of these frames must have been written by an employee of the company they are truly horrible and cheap. They don't even feel like wood, have flimsy plexiglass on the fronts, and aren't truly black because of the poor quality of the paint. AVOID these at all costs.

UPDATE the screws provided to hang the frame split the frame when I was trying to assemble, as the screws are thicker than the frame itself. Complete and total waste of money, and once you open them up you can't repack and return them.

Needed a simple poster frame to put a certificate in, and decided to check Amazon Prime to compare to my local choices. It's hard finding an inexpensive quality frame locally. I didn't want to spend more than $30, and the options for poster-size with glass was at or above that. I normally prefer glass for its ease of cleaning and resistance to scratches, but couldn't find one at a good price without driving really far.

Did a lot of research on frame options on Amazon and went with this item, and am very pleased. It came packed professionally in a carboard box several inches larger than itself, all the way around. The frame was wrapped in cellophane, and had thick styrofoam protecting all corners. I went for the acrylic upgrade--worth it, a must-have--and it was properly protected with the layer of plastic on both sides.

The frame was flawless and well-done for the price, the acrylic was without blemish. It does not include any sort of backer, so I used a piece of posterboard cut to the appropriate size. It does, of course, include the enclosing rear piece made out of a single piece of heavy-duty cardboard.

I would definitely purchase other frames from this seller in the future if I had a need

i have been looking to frame a bob dylan poster i got at a show last year, but it has been hard to find a 14x20 frame. this did the trick. it was a bit lighter and flimsier than i had anticipated, but it is still nice looking, and very inexpensive. the shipping was also very quick, though somewhat annoying in that i had to sign for the package, so it took a few extra days for me to receive it since i wasn't home when they fedex attempted delivery. i'm not sure why they require a signature since amazon shipped items never do.

This frame is not something you're going to see hanging in a gallery but it's sturdy enough for a go to frame for any household room. The hanging hardware was so easy to add and once I placed my poster print between the acrylic and the cardboard it was ready to hang. I actually bought this as a Christmas present project. So I had a $50 gift that looked like it was worth a whole lot more. And it was a big hit with the recipient.

I framed two vintage (quality) posters in these and they look quite good. The frames were easy to assemble and while it's not custom gallery framing, it looks quite decent for a small fraction of the price. These were gifts-I plan to buy more later.
