I was in the market for a tv stand to hold my 61", and at the time couldn't justify spending $500+ on a higher quality one.After about a week of shopping I decided upon this one It's the right size, it's decent looking and, simple (which I like), and it's pretty cheap for it's size comparatively.
My item was sold/shipped by Everything Furniture. The item arrived promptly almost a full week ahead of when they said it would. However, the packaging for this item was quite poor, and 4 pieces arrived broken. It seemed as though they wanted to use the very least amount of packing material as possible and as such, everything was housed in a tight cardboard box with no padding for the items inside at all.
I was quite bummed when I wasn't able to put it together and relax with my new tv stand, but the manufacturer Nexera offers FREE replacement parts if anything is broken.
I figured, sure, ok, no problem. They'll send me some replacements Ha!. Nexera, a company ran in EST, is a mainly French speaking company, so I'm assuming it's in Montreal or somewhere in French Canada. Their customer service dept is one (1) person. Yes, one person, and good luck getting her on the phone. It took me 3 days of leaving messages, and even calling the VP listed on their site before I was able to catch this person not slacking off or out to lunch.
After finally getting in contact with her, she seemed friendly enough, and took my information down and told me she'd be sending me replacements. She explained that it might take a couple days for it to be processed and she'd send me an email with the confirmation information and tracking #.
It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still fighting with them to send me anything. It's almost as though they don't care. They take down my information and I never hear anything back.
Almost a month now and still, i have half a tv stand laying in my living room waiting to be put together.
Part of me wants to blame Everything Furniture. They claim they've been in the furniture business for years and years and know how to sell furniture online. If that were the case, I'd assume they'd know how to pack furniture a little better so it arrives in one piece.
However, most of the blame definitely goes towards Nexera and their complete lack of caring or customer relations. What can you expect from the French though eh?
Conclusion:
I got what I paid for I suppose, but if I had to do it over again, I definitely wouldn't shop here or order this. I'd save for that extra month i've been waiting and buy something of higher quality, that looks nicer, and has better reputation.

Basically pleased with item...plastic parts would be a lot better if they were metal instead, but for price cannot beat it. When putting together be sure bottom piece is right direction (laminated piece up) or you may have to take apart and reassemble like I did. Fairly simple to assemble. Sleek and sophisticated look...love the frosted glass.The item showed up on time with zero damage. The instructions were a bit hard to follow and I had to do the usual disassemble/reassemble thing. The style is perfect for my taste but the materials are a bit of a let downvery thin laminates and plastic legs and door handles. It holds all my components but 2 issues to be aware of with any center1. The unit is so low my remote is blocked by automan from reaching lower shelves 2. with door closed it gets VERY hot inside cabinet. I would suggest cutting large holes in rear cardboard panel. After spending so much on TV and Theater I should have spent a bit more for quality but it does it's job and looks good.
