The curtain texture is exactly what was described, sheer. However, they do get wrinkled. You have to take care of them. They're also a deeper burgundy color than shown.

I bought sheers from three different companies. I guess it's true that "you get what you pay for." These sheers were the least amount in price. However, in comparison.. the hems were crooked, and the stitches were pulled, which caused the sheers to be drawn up. The stitching at the top where the rod is inserted was crooked. I was able to pull and stretch them, and since I will use them with other curtains, I will be able to cover up the imperfections.In defense, I don't understand the other reviews form people who keep saying..."they are not red." No, they are not.. they are BURGUNDY as stated on the description.I live in a fairly dark apartment located not-too-many-feet from the next building and I think these are perfect-they let enough light through but prevent me from constantly watching my neighbors make dinner. So I disagree with customers who are dissatisfied with the color.
I don't know whether they will last forever but they are very inexpensive and I didn't come across any defects in the material as others have.

I promise who ever is buying these curtains next they are definitely not red. They are more of a burgandy/maroon color with a very purplish tint. I was looking for a brighter/deeper colored (blood) red... but these will have to do! The quality is nice and seller shipped item very quickly.Save 72% Off
