South Shore Furniture, Cosmos Collection, 5 Drawer Chest, Black Onyx and Charcoal

This dresser looks nice, but it is of poor quality. The drawers do not hold much weight and the piece holding the drawers keeps coming off. I quess you get what you pay for.

This furniture (the whole collection) is cheap, particle board. I do not suggest using this furniture for a child's room. We bought the collection (two twin beds, the 5 drawer dresser and another dresser) for our sons' room. My oldest son is 4 1/2. This morning he jerked the top drawer open on the 5 drawer dresser, and the front of the drawer came off in his hand, sending the rest of dresser down on top of him. He's okay, but we are returning this furniture immediately.

The chest looks nice and it is roomier than I thought it might be. The only complaint I had is that the holes for the sides were off just slightly making it a little hard to get the bottom and top drawers in. Once in, they work a little hard, but overall not a huge problem.

This product looks good, assembles fine but the drawers continuously come off track. This is very frustrating. Help needed to make this work.

My 13 y.o. grandson put the whole collection together by himself. It's very well made, thick wood pieces. Arrived well packaged. Would definitely buy again.
