I received the headboard and expected the platform and sides/end to follow in another box...still waiting.

could not get thru on the phone to amazon hq...need more options to report this mistake before I return

this...anyone know?

Love this headboard..very nice looking...easy to clean..don't have to worry about mildew and/or dirt accumulating, etc. Looks like a more expensive product. This shipped fast, too!
