The order and delivery could not have gone better. When I pulled out the chairs, they looked perfect. There were weird pebbles underneath that rolled around but I figured that was from shipping. They look great, but when you feel the leather you realize it it has thick polyurethane coating. Mine was almost glue-like, and to the great credit of the company they fully refunded my order with no problem. Terrific customer service!!! This chair is perfect for office lobby furniture, and it's very well priced, but not in my house.Save 47% Off
