Easy to put together. This desk did not come with a chair. I purchased the Braxton white wood chair at Target and the Chiavari White Chair cushion for wood and resin chairs at Amazon. It really looks perfect together. The desk especially pops if you place it against a light blue painted wall or whatever pastel color that you choose. My teenage niece loves it and that makes me very happy!

I bought this desk for my daughter (9 years old). It came with chips on one of the corners and one of the sides of the desk. I didn't return it because of the headache to disassemble, pack it again , etc. plus I had to pay for returning the item. It is now bad for the price only this inconvenient. I also bought the chair that match with the desk. I had to return it, because the chair was made for a preschooler, so small for my daughter.

I was looking for a desk to replace a desk I had gotten about 15 years ago I wanted it to be white, not too big, and a little bit dainty (not chunky). I must have looked through hundreds of desks, and only found 2 or 3 that I would consider. However, this one was the best desk for my budget and I am very happy with it. It took longer than I thought before I had a chance to assemble it (house renovations dragged on) so I missed my chance to rate the seller via Amazon's function, but WSports is an excellent seller. The desk came quickly and was packaged extremely well. I also got a follow-up email from seller asking if everything was OK and offering to resolve issues, if there were any. It took only about 20 minutes to assemble. I wish the desk drawers were a little bit deeper, but I knew what I was getting. Everything is functioning and seems sturdy. If anything goes wrong in the coming months, I'll update the review. The hutch is nice because it adds more storage space. I think this desk (or the one without the hutch) is good for someone who is looking for a simple desk that has more character than the usual, straight-laced, boxy office desk. I recommend both the seller and the desk!

The desk was fairly easy to assemble, and looks great in my 9 year old's bedroom. It's a very nice desk at a good price.
